Research On Optimization Measures For Professionalization Of China Triathlon Sports Association

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the sports system in China,the pace of the substantialization reform of individual sports associations has also accelerated.At this stage,the nationwide individual sports associations have not exerted sufficient advantages as the main body managing this project.In 2014,the General Administration of Sport of China formulated the plan of Deepening the Reform of the Sports Management System with the Reform of the Sports Management Center and Individual Sports Associations as a Breakthrough,and the Chinese Triathlon Sports Association was included in the functional optimization reform pilot associations.The main content is to explore and strengthen and expand the functions and mechanisms of the Olympic project associations in mass sports,sports culture,etc.,give full play to the role of these associations in the development of mass sports,sports culture,and expand social influence.The goal is to complete the thoroughness of associations,administrative agencies,and institutions.Decoupled and become a social group with independent legal status.This study takes the substantialization reform and optimization measures of the China Triathlon Sports Association as the research object,and uses the literature method,field survey method and expert interview method to comprehensively understand the materialization reform of the China Triathlon Sports Association.The current status of the reform of the association was sorted out in terms of identification,organizational structure and personnel composition,asset finance,rules and regulations.Based on the analysis of the current measures,the optimization measures for the physical reform of the China Triathlon Sports Association were proposed: 1)Improve sports The top-level design of the system reform;2)reduce the administrative dependence of the association;3)improve the association's autonomy soft law system and internal management system;4)improve the association's organizational structure design and build an effective supervision mechanism;5)increase market-oriented development efforts and increase Association income;6)Properly handle asset division after substantive reform.
