An Analysis Of The Characteristics Of Chinese Excellent Women’s 1500m Freestyle Contestant Wang Jian Jiahe

In order to analyze the characteristics of techniques and tactics of Wang Jianjiahe1500 meters freestyle competition,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for Wang Jianjiahe to achieve excellent results in the future world competitions.By the methods of documentary,video analysis,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,to our country outstanding women’s 1500 m freestyle contestant king Jane golden harvest in the four big games competition tactics as the research object,by studying the game king Jane golden harvest technology,on the way to swim,turned around,the sprint technical and tactical characteristics and statistical analysis in the 1500-meter freestyle king Jane golden harvest the technical index and tactical indicators,summed up the king Jane golden harvest with excellent foreign women’s 1500 m freestyle athletes in the advantages and disadvantages of technical and tactical differences,and puts forward corresponding training methods according to the results of the analysis.The following conclusions can be drawn :(1)Wang Jian Jiahe adopts the technique of "backpendulum squatting",which shows a trend of continuous improvement in starting reaction in four large-scale competitions,but is slightly behind other elite athletes in the world;(2)"High stroke width and low stroke frequency" is Wang Jian Jiahe’s personal expertise in mid-course swimming technique,and his swimming performance has been steadily improved,thanks to the large stroke width on the basis of improved stroke frequency;(3)The turning technique is the weak link of Wang Jian Jiahe.In the past three years,the sprint performance and the turn performance all show the "V" shape,and the sprint performance only lags behind the American woman’s famous star Ledky.(4)The tactical characteristics of Wang Jian Jiahe are good at adopting the speed reserve characteristics of "fighting for the right to seize the title" and the physical distribution tactics of "pre-emptive strike".The sense of rhythm and competitive state of the competition have been on par with the world’s top players.The following suggestions are given :(1)Wang Jianjiahe should strengthen the training of starting technique,and improve the starting technique from the aspects of raising the hips in the preparation posture,moving the center of gravity forward,the timing of returning the arms during flight,and clamping the arms after entering the water,etc.(2)Wang Jian Jiahe should properly control the stroke amplitude,increase the stroke frequency,increase the explosive force training of upper and lower limbs,and increase the power of rowers and underwater kicking in the middle part of the route;(3)Wang Jianjiahe should strengthen the standardization of the turning technique.When pushing off the wall,he should rotate his body from supine to prone,and when exiting water,he should breathe with different side hands to improve the exiting posture of his body.(4)Wang Jianjiahe maintains the existing characteristics of tactical physical distribution,further improves speed endurance,strengthens basic physical training,and the bad complement can be short board,so as to provide the functional level of anaerobic lactic acid for the physical distribution of fast in the future,stable in the middle and accelerated in the second half of the swim.(5)Due to the influence of the epidemic,this paper mainly analyzes the techniques and tactics data from the level of indicators.It is suggested that scholars who want to conduct related research can make more accurate analysis of the techniques and tactics of Wang Jian Jiahe from different perspectives such as sports biochemistry and sports physiology,so as to make up for the shortcomings of this study.
