The technical indexes of swimming competition mainly include starting,turning,swimming on the way,reaching the edge and finishing sprint.In this paper,video observation method,literature method,image analysis method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method are used as research methods Taking the technical characteristics of women 400 m freestyle medalists in 2013-2019 National Swimming Championship(including the two national games)as the research object,this paper analyzes the technical video of the competition,analyzes the technical indicators of the athletes,compares the technical characteristics of the athletes,and provides a theoretical basis for the coaches to arrange reasonable training.The conclusions are as follows1.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the technical indexes of starting,turning,swimming on the way,reaching the edge and finishing sprint and the total score.Therefore,this study believes that the faster you swim,the better you turn,the faster you start,the better your final performance.Therefore,in order to improve the performance,we must have a certain training ability and training level,optimize the turning technology,and improve the athletes' excitement.2.The 275 m midstream of women's 400 m freestyle final medalists is divided into 8 segments(50 m intercept),and the 35 m midstream results of these 8 segments are statistically analyzed with the total results.It is concluded that the total results are significantly correlated with 110-145 m and 360-395 m segments.The results show that 110-145 m and 360-395 m segments are the key to win the championship in women's 400 m freestyle.110-145 m segment is the most difficult segment in the first half of 400 m freestyle,while 360-395 m segment is the final sprint.The training level determines the result.Therefore,if you want to swim fast,you need not only a high level of training,but also the ability to accelerate the final sprint.3.Through the correlation analysis between the technical indexes of seven turns of women's 400 m freestyle final medalists and the total score,it is concluded that there is a significant correlation between the total score and the seventh turn in the 7 ×15m turn,and that the better the seventh turn,the better the total score.Because the seventh turn connects the last 50 m distance of women's 400 m freestyle,the result is second only to the first turn time;previous studies believe that the sprint of 400 m freestyle starts from the last turn and kicks off the pool wall,but this study concludes that the acceleration sprint of the medalists in the final of women's 400 m Freestyle in2013-2019 National Swimming Championship(including the two national games)It's from the turn around stage.4.Women According to the statistical analysis of the stroke frequency,stroke range and speed index of 400 m freestyle final medalists and their performance,it is concluded that stroke frequency,stroke range and speed index are very important,among which stroke frequency and speed index are more important,and stroke frequency and speed index have a high degree of negative correlation with performance,that is to say,the faster stroke frequency is,the smaller the score value of each segment is,the better the total score is The larger the speed index is,the smaller the score of each segment is and the better the total score is.The smaller the stroke,the smaller the score on the way,on the contrary,the better the total score.Therefore,the best results can be achieved by speeding up the stroke frequency,improving the speed index and reducing the stroke amplitude.5.In the final of women's 400 m freestyle,the champion of 2017 National Games has the biggest change in the last 50 m,and the champion of 2016 and 2018 national championship has the smallest change in the last 50 m.It is concluded that the better the performance of the player has the technical characteristics of rapidly improving the speed and increasing the stroke frequency in a short time,which is the key to win.
