Research On The Current Situation And Development Path Of Jiangsu Badminton Reserve Talent Cultivation Under The Background Of U Series Events

Badminton is the traditional advantage of Chinese competitive sports.The Chinese badminton team has achieved many excellent results in the international arena,but the traditional "three-level training" training model for badminton reserve talents can no longer meet the development needs of competitive badminton.The General Administration of Sport of China has carried out U-series reforms on youth badminton events.Aims to promote the new development of badminton.This article focuses on the training of reserve badminton talents in Jiangsu,using the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics to analyze the current situation of the training of young badminton players in Jiangsu Province under the background of U series competitions,in order to clarify the constraints on the reserve of badminton in Jiangsu Province Constraints of talent training,formulate corresponding guidelines and guiding policies to promote the development of badminton in Jiangsu Province,and promote the training of reserve badminton talents in Jiangsu Province.conclusion:(1)Jiangsu Province has actively hosted national-level U-series events and held events above the provincial level.The number of events has gradually increased since the system reform in 2018,providing more platforms for youth badminton participation;(2)The number of U-series events continues to increase The number of participants in Jiangsu organizations has gradually increased.The results of Jiangsu Province’s participation in 2019 have declined compared with 2018.Jiangsu Province has increased the organization of badminton events and attracted more sponsors to enter;(3)Jiangsu Province not only supports the development of badminton economically,The theoretical research on badminton is constantly enriched.The government has resolved the worries of badminton players going to school,and established a special school for badminton;(4)Jiangsu badminton players have good congenital conditions,the coaches have a reasonable age and educational structure,and have rich experience,the number of badminton management personnel,and the resources of badminton training venues.(5)The emergence of Japanese badminton talents is inseparable from the training model of domestic badminton players.Under the supervision and management of the government,sports are run by the society,and the training of reserve talents for competitive sports depends on society and schools.Nanjing Baixia District Youth Amateur Sports School has produced talents in large numbers,which is also realized on the premise of relying on various resources to support athlete training.Recommendations:(1)Increase the number of badminton events hosted in Jiangsu Province,pay attention to the quality of events,organize sports events with regional characteristics,and enhance the brand influence of regional events;(2)Participants in the Jiangsu Province National Games should not only have an advantage in number,To have a level of strength.Provide favorable policies for the sponsors of badminton tournaments and registered enterprises related to badminton,and provide a good business environment for their development;(3)The government and corresponding colleges and universities badminton majors should strengthen the research on the basic theory of badminton,and combine learning and training in the education and teaching process;(4)Do a good job in the selection of professional badminton athletes in Jiangsu Province,do a good job in the formulation of athlete training plans,do a good job in the logistics support of badminton training,provide adequate venues and high-quality equipment,and be solid in badminton policy makers and badminton project managers.Professional competence,do a good job in the development of badminton projects;(5)The development of badminton projects in Jiangsu Province should be combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province’s talent training work,and the “Baixia Sports School” model should be flexibly applied to local sports schools,so as to make good use of its own excellent experience At the same time of summing up,actively learn good methods for training foreign badminton talents.
