Badminton back-up personnel training quality directly affects the level of China’s Badminton Competition.Jiangsu province is one of the earliest provinces in China to develop badminton. She Has a good mass base and a lot of professional talents, Has transported a large amount of qualified athlete to national team. JiangSu Badminton team won 21 times team championship successively,and won 18 gold medals in fourth to 11th session national games.However, Glory have long become history, JiangSu Badminton Team met unprecedented defeat in 12th national games.Both Men and Women’s team are lose in final. What’s worse, Golden generation will retire after this national game. JiangSu team will in trouble of lacking talented people.Neither the performance nor the condition of the game don’t reflect the serious problem--lacking talented people., so Fostering talent can’t be delay and should be the main work at present.Under this rigorous situation. Some insiders also made a lot of attempts and efforts to keep the advantage of JiangSu Badminton. The present study is based on the research of the current status of developing high level talent of Badminton. By using the method of documentary questionnaire method, interview,logical analysis and other sports social science research method, have a investigate and research of the current status of the developing high level Bidminton talent. The study shows that:1. The scientific degree of sports training is low, and still take the experience training as the leading.The main reason is that the education level and professional title of trainer is not high. Scientific research ability is general. But their age structure is reasonable and has a strong special technical level and rich experience.2. Athletes’ training age are getting younger. The motivation of training is diversification. Their periodical training motivation is obvious. Led to The number of athletes who insist on long-term training is seriously insufficient. Effect the yield ratio of backup talent.3. The contradiction between learning and training is still outstanding, and the training mode is single, in dealing with the problem of training and learning, we still can not break through the current education system of our country.
