| In October 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Undergraduate Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Talents Training,which clearly stated that management of college students’ learning process should be strengthened to keep students really busy.Learning performance is a new perspective on education,combining learning and performance is the fusion of teaching and management,by measuring the learners’ learning process and learning result,targeted intervention to student’s learning process,effectively promote students’ learning performance,to improve the teaching quality and students’ comprehensive quality has a significant role.Learning input is an important aspect to evaluate the comprehensive quality of college students,and also an important standard to measure the quality of university teaching.An in-depth study of college students’ learning input can help them grasp their learning rules,guide them to master correct learning methods and form good learning habits,so as to promote the improvement of talent quality.In this paper,the integrated use of documentary,questionnaire investigation and data analysis methods,such as sports undergraduate learning as the research object,the relationship between inputs and learning performance for shenyang sports college sports class undergraduate study,analyzes the learning into five levels and the performance of the relationship between the three levels,The structural equation model between learning engagement and learning performance is constructed and validated.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.In terms of gender,among the eight variables of learning engagement and learning performance,only one variable has significant gender difference in terms of academic challenge.The average value of female students is higher than that of male students,which may be caused by different mentalities of male and female students when facing challenges.2.There was no significant difference in the eight variables at grade level;3.Among the correlations between the five dimensions of learning engagement and the three dimensions of learning performance,the degree of campus environmental support has no significant effect on the behavioral dimension;4.The degree of academic challenge had no significant effect on the time dimension;5.The level of student-teacher interaction had no significant effect on the time dimension,while the other hypotheses were significantly correlated.Based on the above conclusions and combined with the actual learning investment of college students,the following suggestions are proposed: 1.Establish process evaluation criteria and reasonably set the degree of academic challenges;2.Emphasize students’ sense of professional identity and promote students’ active learning;3.Establish a good interactive relationship between students and teachers,and encourage teachers to innovate teaching methods;4.Provide social practice opportunities to enrich students’ educational experience;5.Establish a strong academic atmosphere and training atmosphere to create a good campus environment. |
