Research On The Youth Growth Service Project Based On Cipp Model

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to continuously improve the level of community governance,improve the supply capacity of community services,and clarify the guiding ideology,basic principles and work objectives of purchasing social work services for young people,which reflects the state’s attention to community services for young people.Under the policy background that the government vigorously purchases community services in the form of projects,the professionalism and scientificity of community services affect the level of community governance.At the same time,the youth group is one of the important service objects of community services,To a certain extent,it can prevent and solve a series of problems faced by teenagers in the process of growth,such as interpersonal difficulties,mental development lag,excessive pressure,lack of interest and so on,and promote the healthy growth of teenagers.In this context,a social work service agency undertakes the K youth growth service project of Qi Civil Affairs Bureau to provide help and services for the growth of teenagers in the community where the agency is located.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the project,this study attempts to use CIPP evaluation model in the field of pedagogy to evaluate and analyze the project from four aspects: background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and achievement evaluation.From the results of the analysis,the goal of the project is basically matched with the needs of the community youth.Compared with the existing community services,the services provided by the institution are more professional,feasible and effective.The project design is reasonable to some extent.The project goal has been basically completed and the satisfaction of the service object is higher.But at the same time,there are also some problems in the operation process of the project,such as the lack of professionalism of service object demand survey,the lack of pertinence of project design,the lack of professionalism of project personnel,and the small social influence of the project.Therefore,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions for the operation of the project,and focuses on the real needs of the service object in the background evaluation;In the aspect of input evaluation,we should constantly improve the project design;In the aspect of process evaluation,project personnel should constantly improve their professional ability;In the aspect of achievement evaluation,we should continue to expand social influence.Through the evaluation of the project and suggestions,it provides reference for the operation of the future youth growth service project.
