Research On The Application Of CIPP Evaluation Model In Youth Service Project

In recent years,the number of social organizations has been increasing.These social organizations actively play their own role,provide professional services for different groups,meet the needs of service objects,and help service objects solve problems.At present,social organizations provide a lot of services.When the number of services reaches the standard,we pay more attention to the quality of social organization services.We hope that social organizations can take into account the quantity and quality of services.Social organizations want to maintain quality service quality,social work service project professional evaluation is essential.Scientific service evaluation will help social organizations find problems and optimize services.At present,the evaluation of social work service in China is not mature enough.Therefore,this paper tries to apply the professional evaluation model to the specific youth social work service project,and wants to promote the professional development of the youth social work service project through the evaluation to find out the place that needs to be improved in the project.This paper applies the CIPP evaluation model to the "Wuhan YQ Youth Space Summer Cloud custody" service project.We want to explore what needs to be improved in the course of the project and what new findings CIPP the evaluation model in the process of introducing the project.Combined with the related research of the previous scholars,the author collects data through interviews and observation of service objects,and evaluates the project background,project scheme design,project implementation process and project results.Through the evaluation of these aspects,the author summarizes the service situation of "Wuhan YQ Youth Space Summer Cloud custody"service project,and finds that the overall operation of "Wuhan YQ Youth Space Summer Cloud custody" service project is good.However,there are some problems in the implementation of Wuhan YQ Youth Space Summer Cloud Custody.For example,the autonomy of the project undertaking organization is not strong,the professional ability of social work needs to be improved,and the needs of the clients are "patriarchal" and so on.At the end of this paper,the author also puts forward some suggestions,hoping to optimize the service quality of the youth social work service project and promote the professional development of the youth social work service project.
