The Application Of Cipp Model In The Evaluation Of Program "Da Ai Zhi Xing-the Intervention Of Social Work In The Elderly's Home Care In The Old Enterprise Community In Taiyuan"

With the increasing of the elderly population in China,the intervention of social work into the community service for home care of elderly has became one of the powerful actions for the old-age care.But the effectiveness of social work in community home care service of elderly needs to be evaluated by its achievements.There are many ways to assess the "The old enterprise community home old-age social work intervention " program carried out by J Social Work Service in D community,Taiyuan.The CIPP evaluation model contains context assessment,input assessment,process assessment and achievement assessment and it's more systematic and comprehensive.The evaluation results of the CIPP evaluation model to the program shows that it's a qualified program because it's met the urgent needs of the elders,guaranteed the interests of the sponsors,and propagandized the J Social Work Service center.However,it didn't promote the development of local social work and it's service was not good enough.If the program goal is refined during the execution and the social workers pay more attention to the improve their ability,the program would achieve better results.Besides,the CIPP evaluation model is initially used in the education field,it's necessary to pay more attention when it is used in social service programs.
