Morning talk contains a rich learning opportunity and educational value,the morning conversation is a teacher and children’s spiritual communication,teachers through the morning talk,can understand children’s experience,help children gain experience in the field of language,society,science,etc,at the same time to the cultivation of children’s language expression ability and rich emotional experience has a positive role.However,according to the current literature,the research on the morning talk lacks refinement and comprehensive exploration.By going deep into the grassroots,researchers strive to objectively observe and record the morning talk,put forward optimization strategies for the problems existing in the morning talk of kindergarten,and provide practical suggestions and measures for teachers.The researchers comprehensively used the interview method,observation method and case analysis method to observe,and record 105-morning conversation activities conducted by randomly selected three classes,namely,large,middle and small classes,with the morning conversation activities as the observation object.Based on practical observation,9 teachers of the selected class were interviewed.Summarizes the current situation of kindergarten morning conversation activities,found that parents of kindergarten morning topic of conversation between activity and content,organization,and the method,process and implementation,reflection,and promote four aspects there are certain problems,the author from the knowledge and teaching idea,teacher talk morning conversation strategies and teaching ability,teachers’ reflections on the morning of the conversation and the support of the kindergarten and so on influence factors analyzed.Given the above problems and the analysis of the influencing factors,the researchers put forward the following optimization strategies: to determine the appropriate morning talk content;Choose the right way and method;To enhance the awareness of children’s subject and pay attention to their differences;Reflective behavior to achieve self-development;Kindergartens shall establish an evaluation mechanism.
