Development Of Static Water Kayak In Gansu Province Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures

Water sports are the third major sports event in the modern Olympic Games after athletics and swimming.Water sports are divided into the aquatic sports project,ship class competitions,water-skiing and scuba diving fourcategories,canoes movement is ship class competitions(including boating,rowing,canoeing,windsurfing and motor sports)an important part of the Olympic canoeing movement set 16 gold MEDALS,12 of them still water and slalom four projects,Therefore,canoeing has many MEDALS,influencearea,significant status and othercharacteristics,its importanceis self-evident.Gansu still water canoeing team was established in 1986,relative to other provinces and cities in China,Gansu Province belongs to the earlier development of water sports province,in the early stage of the establishment of sports teams,athletes have made good results,the development of competitive sports in Gansu Province has brought a positive impact.However,in recent years,the development of Gansu Province’s static water canoe is slow,the sports performance is lagging behind,the serious shortage of coaches and athletes,has become the restriction of the development of competitive sports in Gansu Province.This article from the reality of gansu province static wellie rowing development perspective,the integrated use of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,data statistics and comparative analysis and other research methods,static wellie rowing development in gansu province,the situation of athletes and coaches and management mechanism,analyzing the influence factors,discussed the factors affecting the development of gansu province static wellie rowing.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the sustainable development of Gansu Province’s hydro statickayaking project.Research results and conclusions:1.Advantageous factorsfor thedevelopmentof hydrostatic kayakin Gansu Province(1)Uniquealtitudeand sub-altitude trainingbase;(2)Liujiaxia Reservoir and Bikou Reservoir provide excellent water resources for the training of canoein static water;(3)The hard-workingspiritof coachesand athletes provides spiritual support forhard training;(4)People who have lived in the plateau or sub-plateau for a long time(with strong lung function andgood endurance)provide a guarantee fortheselection ofcandidates forperiodic enduranceevents.2.Restricting factors forthe developmentofhydro statickayakin Gansu Province(1)Lack of coaches and reserve talents,single talent transmission channel and selection mechanism,short averagetraining years ofathletes,fault phenomenonofelite athletes and lackofhigh-levelcoaches;(2)Athletes’ cultural level is low,political consciousness is not high,understanding and implementation ofsports training concept isnot high;(3)The employmentand medical security ofathletesare notperfect;(4)Lack of combination of science and training,and failure to timely introduce and adopt advanced scienceand training means;(5)The team construction of coaches is not perfect,and there is a lack of specialized physical fitness teachers,nutritionand health teachers and sports rehabilitation teachers;(6)High equipment investment cost,insufficient funds for sports teams and low training subsidies forathletes;(7)The publicgroup’sawareness andpopularity ofthehydrostatic kayaking project isnot high;Suggestions and countermeasures:(1)Strengthen the integration of sports and education,and build a multi-channel talent transfer mechanism for schools,local sports schools,provincial and municipal sports schools and other sports teams;(2)To improvethecultural andtheoretical quality ofathletes;(3)Establish and improve sportsteams andimprove social security forathletesand coaches.(4)Strengthen the construction of the coach team,improve the training system of coaches,and improvethetraining quality;(5)Make use of school resources and government strength to hold various forms of water sports competitions,carry out communication and study with sports teams from strong water sports provinces,suchas Shandong,Guangdong,Fujian and Hubei,andabsorb advanced training concepts;(6)Improve the government’s attention to water sports,seek the government’s economic and policy support tothegreatest extent,and seek corporatesponsorship through multiple channels;(7)Actively promote and hold hydro static canoeing competition to improve the public’s awareness ofcanoeing;...
