At present,with the advancement of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the development of national education,the scale of postgraduate education has continued to expand,and the enrollment rate of master graduates and the number of students have steadily increased.According to the "China Education Yearbook" statistics,as of August 2018,the number of graduate students in China reached 2.277 million,an increase of 740,000 from the previous year,a record high.The “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” pointed out that the scale of graduate education will increase moderately,the number of registered graduate students per thousand will reach 2,and the total number of graduate students in schools will reach 2.9 million.In the context of large-scale expansion of enrollment,many postgraduate students have encountered various training quality problems such as insufficient study investment,decreased scientific research capabilities,and academic misconduct.Facing such severe challenges,how to ensure graduate academic success has become an important issue.Think about issues.This article mainly studies the influencing factors of postgraduate academic achievement.It mainly analyzes the theory of academic achievement,student participation,social participation,achievement motivation,and student emotions by analyzing student participation theory,achievement motivation theory,college influence factor theory,and academic emotion theory.Model,design a questionnaire based on the theoretical model,and select 350 graduate students of Hunan Normal University as a sample to conduct a questionnaire survey to obtain the variable data required for the research,and use regression analysis,mediation effect analysis,and adjustment effect analysis to demonstrate the research hypothesis in this paper and verify Theoretical model.The research in this article can use the empirical method to more accurately explore the influencing factors of postgraduate academic achievement,so as to provide a theoretical reference for how to improve postgraduate academic achievement,which has both theoretical and practical significance.
