| Ideological and political theory course teachers(hereinafter referred to as "education courses in colleges and universities teacher")as a take the functions of institutions of higher learning education courses education teaching and research full-time teachers,are the backbone of colleges and universities to carry out marxist theory education and cultivate people with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The high or low level of Marxist theory accomplishment directly determines the development status of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities in carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity and whether they can adhere to the guiding position of Marxism in the field of socialist ideology.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value not only to improve the overall quality of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities,but also to safeguard the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology.The thesis was consisted of four parts.In the first part,we explained the origin of the topic,the current situation at home and abroad,the research ideas,the research methods and innovation of this study.In the second part,we explained the general interpretation of Marxist theoretical literacy and the connotation of Marxist theoretical literacy of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,which was composed of knowledge literacy,ability literacy and political literacy.The knowledge literacy was defined as comprehensive and systematic grasp of the Marxism and the latest achievements of sinicization of Marxism.Ability literacy referred to the scientific use of Marxism to analyze and solve problems.And,the political literacy was to firm a political belief in moral education.Meanwhile,we systematically explained the theoretical source and importance of the ideological and political course teachers to improve the quality of Marxist theory in this part.In the third part,we investigated and analyzed the achievements of development of Marxist theory discipline,the construction of Marxist college,the development in team building of Ideological and political course teachers and the construction of ideological and political course teachers’ training and promotion mechanism in Guilin universities.There were problems existed in the current teachers of ideological and political course in Guilin universities improving their Marxist theoretical literacy in terms of knowledge literacy,ability literacy and political literacy.We detailed the causes of these problems from four aspects of geographical location and economic and social development,talent selection mechanism,heavy teaching task and long teaching time,and the difference between yearning life and real life.In the fourth part,we analyzed the above problems and suggested that to improve the ideological and political course teachers’ Marxist theoretical literacy in colleges and universities,we should adhere to three aspects of making clear objectives and promoting the scientific development of Marxist theory discipline,enhancing the ability of strengthening the ideological and political course teachers’ Marxist self-learning,cooperating with each other and playing a good "combination boxing" to improve the Marxist theoretical literacy,so as to form a systematic Marxist theoretical literacy promotion system. |
