For a long time,the teaching methods and effects of students in the classroom have a very far-reaching impact on their physical and mental health and future development.With the development of the times and the social demand for talents,inquiry learning method has played an irreplaceable practical value.Inquiry learning method is to analyze and discuss typical cases and related problems arranged by teachers in advance through students’ independent inquiry,and make corresponding judgments.Through the interaction with students and teachers in class,it improves the ability of independent thinking and learning,and significantly improves the ability of analyzing and dealing with problems.At present,there are some problems in the course of "management basis" in secondary vocational colleges,such as weak theoretical foundation,single teaching method of teachers and students’ lack of independent inquiry ability.In this paper,using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,starting from the current situation of management courses in secondary vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the strategies of effective application of inquiry learning in secondary vocational management teaching.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part through reading literature,looking for information,elaborated the research of inquiry learning at home and abroad,and on this basis,reviewed the rise and development of inquiry learning.The second part mainly analyzes the concept and theoretical basis of inquiry learning.The third part focuses on the current situation of "management basis" teaching in secondary vocational colleges,and summarizes the reasons for the current curriculum status through questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part is to select a typical chapter for the teaching design of "management basis" in secondary vocational colleges.The fifth part is to combine theory with practice and apply inquiry learning to the course of "management basis" in secondary vocational colleges.The sixth part is a summary of the full text,expounds the results of the application of inquiry learning,the limitations of the method and the prospect of the future inquiry learning method.The significance of this paper is that inquiry learning method,a new learning method,can improve students’ thinking ability,learning ability,innovation ability and cooperation ability in the process of inquiry and learning,and promote the relationship between teachers and students.In the course of "management basis" in secondary vocational colleges,how to reasonably and effectively use inquiry learning,a relatively new learning method,is worthy of our in-depth study.
