| The individual’s identity and love for the country are based on understanding,and the preschool period is a critical period for the social development of children,as well as the enlightenment period for the development of national consciousness.So what kind of understanding and emotion children have for such an abstract concept as the motherland,and how adults can understand the true thoughts of children are questions that we need to explore.Based on the above issues,this article uses qualitative research methods,interviews and work analysis methods from the perspective of semiotics to study 94 children aged 5-6 years old from four kindergartens in City N.A total of 294 paintings and 309 audio recordings are collected.Collect and analyze the interviews and paintings of children aged 5-6 to understand the understanding of the concept of "motherland".The research results are mainly elaborated from four aspects: First,the abstract concept of the motherland: showing the children’s understanding of the overall concept of the motherland,the understanding of the symbols of the motherland and the feelings of the motherland;Second,the national identity:exploring the children’s Chinese Symbolic representation as well as the sense of identity and belonging to the national identity;Third,traditional culture: through children’s cognition,emotions and attitudes of cultural symbols of traditional festivals as the entry point,grasp children’s understanding of traditional Chinese culture;Fourth,geography knowledge: starting from the surrounding environment of the children’s place of residence,elucidate the children’s understanding and emotions of the natural and humanistic environment of the motherland.It also analyzes children’s paintings from the perspective of semiotics,and analyzes children’s graphic symbols,color symbols,character symbols and the linkage between the three from the perspective of syntactics;Analyzes children’s views on the symbols of the motherland from the perspective of semantics and pragmatics.The way of perception and reception,the characteristics of children’s use of symbols and their interpretation.Subsequently,through the influence of social development on children’s understanding of the motherland and the collision between traditional culture and modern culture,I think about the characteristics of children’s understanding of the motherland,and put forward corresponding suggestions from two aspects of educational content and form: In terms of educational content,pay attention to children The enlightenment education of national consciousness strengthens the recognition and recognition of children’s national identity,creates a form of traditional cultural inheritance suitable for children,and infiltrates geographical knowledge into daily activities;in the form of education,random infiltration is used as a means to enrich the form of education;The theme education activities are the carrier to improve the curriculum system;the homeland co-education is the link to form a joint force for educating people.In this way,it can improve the children’s understanding of the motherland and the degree of perception,acceptance and use of the symbols of the motherland by the children. |
