Research On National Security Education Of College Students In The New Era

Facing the complicated international environment and the arduous and arduous domestic reform and development and stability tasks,General Secretary Xi Jinping accurately grasped the new trend of changes in the national security situation,put forward the overall national security concept,and adhered to the national security road with Chinese characteristics.The overall national security concept has broadened people’s understanding of national security education,and current national security education must be compatible with the overall national security concept.College students are the new force to maintain national security,enhancing their awareness of national security and enhancing their sense of responsibility and ability to maintain national security are important tasks for the moral education in colleges and universities,and are related to the prosperity and stability of the country.The national security education of college students in the new era is formed in the context of the complicated situation.It implements the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on national security education,and implements the requirements of relevant departments for national security education for college students.Through the review of the development of national security education,I have sorted out the achievements of education,they are concentrated in three aspects: the continuous enrichment of theoretical research,the increasing recognition,and the continuous improvement of educational effectiveness.Due to the lack of awareness of the importance of education,the overall planning of education is not high,the theoretical research and discipline construction are not enough,the investment in education and talents is lacking,the national security education of college students has problems such as lack of systematic education content,insufficient use of educational positions,and optimization of educational methods.To solve the problems existing in the national security education of college students,firstly,we must start from four aspects: theoretical source,legal basis,knowledge system and practical skills,to clarify the connotation of national security education for college students.Secondly,it is necessary to speed up the construction of the discipline research positions of national security education for college students,the nurturing positions of teachers,the educational positions inside and outside the school,and provide a solid platform for education;Finally,it is necessary to innovate the classroom teaching methods of national security education for college students,the way of working with new media,and the way of coordinating and educating people inside and outside the school to improve the effectiveness of education.
