Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Pearl Ball

Pearl ball is a traditional minority sport.Pearl ball is one of the most competitive and ornamental events in the National Traditional Games of Ethnic Minorities(NTGEM).Pearl ball sport has a strong interest,is an effective carrier to promote and publicize minority sports,suitable for all ages of group sports,with good entertainment and fitness value,and through the pearl ball competition to promote minority sports culture,carry forward the Chinese excellent cultural tradition.But at present,there are few people who know and understand pearl ball sport,and the promotion and development of pearl ball sport is not optimistic.Through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and study of the participants of pearl ball in the 11 th NTGEM,this paper finds out the difficulties encountered in the development of pearl ball,analyzes them and puts forward feasible countermeasures,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of pearl ball.In this paper,the 11th NTGEM pearl ball project as the research object,the 11th NTGEM pearl ball athletes,coaches,referees,as well as the provinces and cities of pearl ball project related responsible for the investigation object,mainly using literature,field visits,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods Methods according to the statistics of the effective questionnaires,combined with the development of pearl ball in various regions,the basic situation of athletes,coaches,referees and project leaders were analyzed,the main conclusions are as follows:1.Lack of policy support for the development of Pearl Ball,lack of overall planning and formulation of major policies for the comprehensive development of Pearl Ball competition,teaching,training and scientific theory research,as well as the overall reform and development plan,as well as the collaborative working mechanism to promote the implementation of work;2.The features of Pearl Ball,such as the regionalism,the low attention of the competition and the limitation of the competition rules,lead to the limitation in the promotion and dissemination of Pearl Ball;3.Due to the impact of modern popular sports,Pearl Ball has not been widely recognized,which hinders its development.4.At the present stage,there is a lack of professional pearl players,coaches,referees and scientific research personnel,the overall level of pearl ball competition is developing slowly,and there is a lack of professional talents to train the all-round development of pearl ball;5.It fails to make full use of the functions of social organizations to give play to the diversified value of Pearl Ball and the cultural function of inheriting the traditional national sports;6.The lack of pearl ball training base construction,the scientific theory of pearl ball related research is not deep enough,the lack of pearl ball scientific research personnel,the scientific research of pearl ball is slow to update.
