| Traditional ethnic sports is an important part of traditional culture of our nation.School sports foundation stage is in primary school,it is an important carrier for inheriting traditional ethnic sports.Carrying out ethnic traditional sports activities in primary schools can not only promote the comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health,but also provide a plan for the reform of primary school physical education,so as to better carry forward and inherit ethnic traditional culture.Traditional ethnic sports,such as Shishuo,diabolo and Bagua Zhang,have a long history and a good mass base in Nanjing.Traditional ethnic sports are carried out more in college physical education teaching in Nanjing,but less in primary physical education teaching.In this study,questionnaire survey,literature data,mathematical statistics and other methods are adopted.From the perspective of cultural confidence,the development of traditional ethnic physical education in primary schools in Qinhuai District of Nanjing is taken as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and field investigation,the value and importance of traditional ethnic physical education are explored.From the perspective of cultural confidence,this paper investigates the teaching situation,students’ situation,teachers’ situation and other aspects of traditional ethnic physical education in primary schools in Qinhuai District of Nanjing,analyzes the predicament and optimization path of traditional ethnic physical education in primary schools in Qinhuai District of Nanjing from the perspective of cultural confidence,aiming at better development of traditional ethnic physical education in primary schools in Qinhuai District of Nanjing.The research conclusions are as follows:1.From the perspective of cultural confidence,traditional national sports is of unique value.It can not only inherit and carry forward national culture,cultivate students’ spirit of patriotism and collectivism,cultivate students’ sense of national identity,national self-confidence and sense of social responsibility,but also promote students’ healthy development of body and mind,and cultivate students’ willpower.2.In the context of "cultural confidence",this paper investigates and analyzes the ethnic traditional physical education of primary schools in Qinhuai District,Nanjing,and concludes the following predicament :(1)The facilities for ethnic traditional physical activities need to be improved;(2)Lack of cultural confidence education in traditional national physical education;(3)Teachers’ teaching ability of traditional national sports culture is weak;(4)Pupils lack understanding of the spirit of traditional national sports.3.In view of the above difficulties,the optimization path is proposed:(1)to improve the allocation of traditional ethnic sports facilities in primary schools in Qinhuai District;(2)Improving the cultural confidence in the traditional national physical education of primary schools in Qinhuai District;(3)Improving the teaching ability of Qinhuai primary school physical education teachers on traditional national physical culture;(4)Strengthen students’ understanding of national traditional sports culture. |
