| Rhythmic gymnastics s a new type of competitive sports with artistry,beauty and appreciation,which integrates competitive sports and artistic display into one,shows a unique artistic charm.Athletes need certain required technical level and strong physical fitness when performing rhythmic gymnastics training,especially for athletes who have to complete difficult jumps,they need strong strength from lower limb.Jumping ability is one of the comprehensive performances of physical fitness,which determines the quality and level of rhythmic gymnasts athletes to complete difficult jumping movements and affects their athletic performance to some extent.Juvenile rhythmic gymnasts usually improve their jumping ability with acquired training,so as to improve their competitive level.In recent years,elastic band training has been gradually applied to a variety of sports,whose unique resistance training method can effectively improve the physical fitness of athletes and achieve good training effects.This article adopts literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Mainly through the teaching experiment method,408-10 year old rhythmic gymnastics athletes from Guangzhou winky rhythmic gymnastics club were selected as experimental group and control group for a 14-week teaching experiment.Among them,the experimental group adopts the elastic band training method,and the control group adopts the conventional training method.In-depth research and analysis of the effect of the two training methods on the jumping ability of 8-10 year old rhythmic gymnastics athletes.The main findings were as follows:1、The elastic band training method is more useful to develop the physical fitness of juvenile rhythmic gymnasts than the conventional training method.In the experiment,the experimental group performed much better than the control group in the 50-meter running and Standing Long Jump test,while there was no significant difference in the one-minute skipping test,one-minute sit-ups as well as Sit and Reach test.It shows that this training method is more effective in improving speed and lower limb strength.2、The elastic band training method is more effective to develop the jumping ability of juvenile rhythmic gymnasts than the conventional training method.In the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental and the control group in the performance of vertical jump test,three-step one-foot jump test,three consecutive vertical jump test,and three-step first-level right stride jump test.There is no distinct difference in the first-level left stride jump test,however,the improvement of the experimental group is still more apparent than the control group.3、The use of elastic band in training is an effective way to improve juvenile rhythmic gymnasts’ strength.Furthermore,it can enhance juvenile expansion and contraction ability because the elastic band resistance can assist jumping.Also,it can improve the jumping ability of juvenile rhythmic gymnasts.Overall,these two kinds of training content are conducive to improve juvenile rhythmic gymnasts’ muscle strength and jumping ability.4、Compared with conventional training methods,elastic band training wastrigger the perception of power point,easier to stimulate proprioception,and then stimulate personal training interest and improve training enthusiasm.And generate new training stimuli from it,which improved the jumping ability of juvenile rhythmic gymnastics,and further improved the quality of the jumping difficulty in rhythmic gymnastics. |
