| Jumping ability is the comprehensive embodiment of force and speed,can be expressed by the formula N=FV(rate = force×speed).In other words,when the speed does not change,the increase in muscle strength can improve the jumping ability;Increasing the rate of muscle contraction also increases jumping ability when the force does not change.The literature shows that the speed quality is greatly influenced by the innate genetic factors,and the effect of improvement and improvement through acquired training is lower than that of strength quality.Therefore,the training of jumping force should focus on strengthening strength.In recent years,elastic belt training has been widely used in sports training,medical rehabilitation training and mass fitness at home and abroad,and has achieved considerable muscle strength training results.Therefore,in this study,this training method was applied to the jumping ability training of Chinese dance,and attempts to use the elastic belt to carry out the basic strength training and the plyometrics(elastic belt resistance assisted jump)for students,in order to promote the level of students' jumping force through the enhancement of strength quality.This research mainly adopts the experimental method,and selected 30 girls aged 12 to 14 form the class of 2018 Chinese dance major of China coal mine art troupe art school as the research objects and adopts the lottery is divided into experimental class and that in comparative classes,for eight weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental classes adopted elastic belt training method,conventional training methods that in comparative classes.Before and after the experiment,the jumping force level test was conducted on all the experimental subjects,so as to test whether the elastic band training method can promote the jumping force increase of 12-14 year old Chinese female dancers,and the effect difference between the two training methods on the jumping force of 12-14 year old Chinese female dancers was analyzed.The aim is to further enrich the training methods of the jumping ability of the female students of Chinese dance major,and to provide theoretical basis and practical operation guidance for the future teachers' teaching and students' practice.The specific experimental results of this study are as follows:(1)The experiment shows that both the elastic band training method and the conventional training method can effectively develop the jumping ability of the 12-14 year-old female Chinese dancers.It is mainly reflected in the results of in-situ vertical jump height,three-step run-up left and right one-foot elevation,average of three consecutive vertical jumps,three-step run-up left and right one-step stride jump,one-step middle jump and two-step middle jump of the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment.(2)The experiment shows that the method of elastic band training is more helpful to the development of the jumping ability of 12-14 year-old Chinese professional girls than the conventional training method.Mainly reflected in the experimental classes and after the experiment that in comparative classes of autochthonous vertical jump high touch,three-step approach about one foot high touch,three consecutive high average vertical jump,jump,jump in two grades in a has significant difference in statistics,three-step approach level around the step result has no significant difference in statistics,though,but the increase in experimental class is superior to that in comparative classes.(3)The experiment shows that the elastic belt can not only carry out the basic strength training,but also can carry on the plyometrics(elastic belt resistance assisted jump),the two exercises combined training is effective for the development of students' muscle strength,improve students' jumping ability.Compared with conventional training methods,it is easier for students to feel movement power,stimulate proprioception,stimulate training interest,improve training enthusiasm,and generate new training stimulation,so as to improve the jumping ability of Chinese dance students,thus affecting the completion quality of jumping technical skills in Chinese dance. |
