Strength is an important quality to all sports, one prerequisity to help athletes to master the movement, to improve skills and to obtain outstanding results. It also forms the basis of athletes' speed, endurance and flexibility.In addition to the hard training, excellent athletes resort more to the selection of a good strength training mothed to improve their strength quality. Traditional training methods of load weights can be used to develop general strength quality, but its drawback is that it falls to activate every segement during exercise, which require some specific, safely auxiliary training methods for every weak link and quality. Ony by compensating these deficiencies, could they be able to enhance the overall athletic ability.Freestyle Skiing Aerials highly demands the strength quality of joints, especially the joints of ankle and hip flexor, which play a key role in the completion of technical movement. The National Freestyle Skiing Aerials Team completed a two-month physical training in the spring during May and June in 2009. According to the technical characteristics of different games, specific training methods were designed to improve players'key strength. A form of elastic band resistance were adopted to provide resistance training.Literature, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistical method were used in this paper。These are the conclusions after many empirical studies:1.After the training, the hip flexor muscles of the greatest athletes strength, power, and strength endurance have improved to varying degrees.2. After training, the athletes around the ankle muscles of the greatest strength, power, and strength endurance was very significant increase. on the one hand shows that the method is effective,but also shows strength before training is relatively weak ankle muscles3.Ankle flexion and extension ratio, after training with more training before the start of fall shows that ankle dorsiflexion during the training period for muscle training deficiencies4.After the training period, the athletes in the horizontal axis on the balance was more substantial development.5.Elastic band can be accurate for different muscle training,and rightly so.
