| Football,as a sporting sport with a long history,has a large group of fans in the country and even the world.After years of development,the broadcasting of football matches has gradually become one of the popular leisure and entertainment choices.A complete TV broadcast of a football match consists of on-field game conditions and off-field commentary.The public will not only pay attention to the wonderful performance of the players on the field and the variable game conditions,but also pay more and more attention to TV commentary.The commentators also Gradually become the object of public attention.As social public figures,TV football commentators have a certain degree of discourse power and credibility by virtue of the platform advantages of TV media,which means that they have a certain influence and communication power to the public.With the development of technology and social economy,various conditions such as match broadcast technology,sports media pattern,audience’s media selection,and football match penalties have all changed.The communication practice of TV football commentators is no longer limited to match commentary.It is becoming more diversified.The audience’s attention to and understanding of TV commentators is not only about the content of the commentary,but also through different communication channels and platforms to understand and pay attention to all aspects of the commentator’s work and life.On the one hand,the communication power of TV football commentators will increase the narrator’s own professional value,and on the other hand,it will be conducive to the spread of football and culture.The research on the communication power and influencing factors of TV football commentators has important practical significance for TV football commentators to meet the challenges of the new media era and their career development.This article mainly adopts the literature method,case analysis method,content analysis method and expert interview method to analyze the constituent factors and influencing factors of the communication power of TV football commentators.The study found that the components of the communication power of TV football commentators are divided into two levels: internal and external.The external components include communication channels,content,the relationship between the commentators and the audience,and the relationship between the commentators and the media organization;the internal component is an analysis on the theme of the commentators,including the commentator’s ability to interpret the match information,the recognition of the role of match commentator,the language expression ability and value cultivation and guiding ability.The factors that affect the communication power of TV football commentators are also composed of external and internal factors.External influence factors include competition rules,media platforms,and the role of the commentator’s diversified communication content on the commentator.The internal influencing factors are the main factors of the TV football commentator,including the commentator’s professional knowledge,cultural accomplishment,commentary style,and personal popularity and reputation.Therefore,TV commentators must not only start from within themselves and improve their professional commentary ability,but also pay attention to the use of external conditions. |
