Strengthening The Theoretical Research Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Strengthening theoretical arming,elevating the ideological and political work,deepening the research and construction of Marxist theory,and propelling the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era have become increasingly important.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that if we want to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,we must constantly enhance the ideological connotation,theoretical depth,pertinence,and affinity of it.Under the background of the new era,by clarifying and analyzing the basic connotation of the theory of theoretic course,based on the realistic circumstances implied in the empirical research results,this study explores the practical path of operability to realize the cultivation of students with scientific theory,to convince students with thorough thought,and to guide students with strong truth.The first and second chapters constitute the theoretical analysis of the paper.Based on the logical starting point of strengthening the theoretical nature of theoretic course in the new era,this study makes a theoretical analysis of the investigative backdrop,meaning,and present study status at domestic and overseas of the theoretical inwardness of ideological and political theory course in the present academic community by reading relevant periodicals,newspapers,and classical literature.By exploring the relevant value of Chinese traditional splendid culture,Marxist theory and Western classical learning theory,the existing research results at home and abroad are sorted out and analyzed.Absorbing and learning from the advanced ideas contained in the outstanding traditional Chinese culture and Western classical learning theory is aimed at providing solid theoretical support for this topic.The third and fourth chapters are the body parts.Based on the interpretation of the concepts of “new era” and “theoretical inwardness,” It is proposed that the theoretical inwardness of ideological and political theory courses in the new era refers to the inwardness,teaching content,teaching materials,teaching procedures and methods,and teaching aims and learning objectives,which puts forward new specification and new demands for teachers.That is,teachers should transform students’ cognition from the cognitive level to the recognition at the value level through effective conscious learning and theoretical guidance,and form autonomous,conscious,and spontaneous behaviors in social practice with the guidance of theoretical cognition at the value level.Its characteristics are more thoroughly,profoundly,practically,systematically,and scientifically.Its significance focuses on enhancing the teaching appeal,improving the systematic persuasion of the theoretical knowledge of the teaching system in colleges and universities,and strengthening the practical action of the society to achieve the goal of moral education.At the same time,more than 1,000 questionnaires were distributed online to teachers and students in major colleges and universities in Sichuan Province to empirically analyze the opportunities and challenges faced by strengthening the theoretical inwardness of theoretic course of universities.Finally,it profoundly analyzes the internal relationship between the theoretical and ideological,theoretical,and academic,theoretical,and practical of the theoretic course,so that the consolidation of theoretical has a clearer positioning in the process of reform,development,and innovation of theoretic course.The fifth chapter constitutes the strategic research of this paper.This chapter emphasize how to effectively enhance the theoretical inwardness of theoretic course in the new era.Based on the basic principles of adhering to the core position of theoretical content,grasping the operation mechanism of theoretical logic,and returning to the ultimate objective of practical activities,it is proposed to strengthen the theoretical inwardness of theoretic course of universities in the new era.The key to strengthening the theoretical attribute of theoretic course of universities lies in teachers,students,teachingsubstantia,and teaching.Through various efforts,the purpose of strengthening theoretical inwardness is achieved,and the valid innovation and evolution of theory courses are realized.In summary,whether the ideological and political theory course is based on the analysis of theoretical problems to deal with the practical problems or not,how to make the theory more thorough,profound and systematic so as to make the ideological and political theory course is full of height,depth,strength,warmness and brightness has become a new era topic.In addition,in order to enhance the theoretical nature of theoretic course of universities in the new era,more attention should be paid to the co-direction,co-force and co-vibration of multi-subject,multi-level and multi-field,and the theoretical endogenous force,construction force,explanation force,generalization force and leading force of the theoretic course of universities,to profoundly highlight the value theme of moral education in the new era.
