| Colleges and universities bear the heavy responsibility of national reform and construction.Among them,talent training is the top priority in the national dimension of social responsibility of colleges and universities,and teachers in colleges and universities are the frontline of education all year long and directly shoulder the responsibility of talent training.Therefore,how to guarantee the stability of the team of teachers in colleges and universities and stimulate their enthusiasm and creativity in work has become very important.Improving teachers’ job satisfaction through the design of salary system has become the focus of human resource management in colleges and universities,as well as a key link to stabilize and expand the faculty team in colleges and universities.The reform of the salary system for teachers in X universities in Xi ’an has gone through three stages: "the establishment of the post level salary system","the introduction of the allowance salary system" and "the implementation of the post performance salary system".At present,there are still many problems in the salary management,which need to find out the direction of improvement through in-depth investigation and research.The research idea of this paper is to improve the performance salary management of X University in Xi ’an by finding,summarizing,analyzing and solving problems,and to provide theoretical reference for X University to better implement the performance salary management system.This paper adopts literature analysis method,investigation method and other research methods to study how to improve the salary management of X university teachers in Xi ’an.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the salary of teachers in X universities in Xi ’an,and analyzes the salary satisfaction of teachers from the aspects of teachers’ demographic characteristics,individual input,position category and graduation institution.Finally,according to the specific survey results,it puts forward targeted suggestions for the salary management of teachers in X university in Xi ’an.Based on the full investigation of xi ’an x college,on the basis of the current salary management situation,combined with good colleges and universities at home and abroad advanced experience,to provide the school on the improvement of compensation management method and the direction,help the school to further enhance the level of salary management and at the same time with other private colleges in the western underdeveloped region of salary management to provide the reference. |
