Labor is a realistic activity in which the subject purposefully and consciously transforms the object to meet his own needs.Labor values are the value orientation and ideas held by the labor subject in the process of labor practice.Correct labor values are the inherent requirements of cultivating workers’ labor enthusiasm,improving their labor quality and stimulating their labor creativity,which is of great significance to the survival and development of people and society.College stage is an important period of life development,and the labor quality and talents of college students represent the future and hope of the country.Therefore,whether contemporary college students can establish correct labor values will directly or indirectly affect the success or failure of China’s socialist construction and the rise and fall of the Chinese nation.As an important channel to train college students,ideological and political theory course is closely related to the cultivation of college students’ labor values.Through theoretical study and practical experience of ideological and political theory course,it is helpful for college students to understand labor values,correct labor attitudes and establish correct labor values.On the basis of deeply understanding and grasping the connotation,necessity and feasibility of cultivating college students’ labor values in ideological and political theory course,this thesis systematically summarizes and discusses the theory and experience of cultivating college students’ labor values in ideological and political theory course,and
