| Labor has created people and human society,and the Party and the State have always attached great importance to labor education,highlighting the value and role of the spirit of labor.The high school ideological and political course is a comprehensive and activity-oriented subject course that is conducive to enhancing students’ prosocial behavior,and it is necessary to shoulder the important task of cultivating the spirit of labor and play an important role in cultivating carriers and ways.Connect the ideological and political classroom to the big stage of life,and lay a broad road to a better life in the future.Explore a unique and effective labor spirit cultivation path,pay attention to the all-round development of students,lay the labor foundation for a better life now and in the future,and become the elite required by society.This article deeply implements General Secretary Xi’s profound exposition on the spirit of labor,with the all-round development of students as the goal,strengthen the cultivation of the labor spirit of students in high school ideological and political courses.Firstly,the profound connotation of labor-related theories is clarified,and then the sources of labor spirit theory cultivated in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses are found from different angles,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,the importance and feasibility of cultivating the spirit of labor in high school ideological and political courses are summarized,and the correlation between the two is confirmed,which paves the way for further research.Thirdly,through questionnaire surveys and interview surveys,it is found that in the cultivation of labor spirit in high school ideological and political courses,there are still problems such as one-sided excavation of cultivation content,single methods,thin atmosphere,and weak labor awareness of some students.According to the existing problems,the cause analysis is carried out to provide a realistic basis for the exploration of the next part of the cultivation path.Finally,in view of the existing problems and causes,starting from the four aspects of concept,teaching materials,practice and evaluation,the key content of this study is to explore the way to strengthen the cultivation of students’ labor spirit in high school ideological and political courses.The cultivation of labor spirit is not only at the theoretical level,but also the unity of knowledge and action,injecting momentum into the all-round development of students,and realizing the transformation of labor education from “whether there is any” to “good or not”.The cultivation of students’ labor spirit in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses not only meets the needs of the development of the new era,but also promotes ideological and political courses to keep pace with the times and make up for shortcomings.On the basis of absorbing the spirit of excellent labor,in addition to the "old concept of labor" and welcoming the "new concept of labor",we should carry forward the labor spirit of advocating labor,loving labor,hard work,honest labor and creative labor in educational places and even the whole society,implement the spiritual lineage of Chinese communists,cultivate high-quality workers,and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization. |
