Since the Reform and Opening-up,with the deepening development of the major of Ideological and Political Education,the improvement of Ideological and Political theory course and the strengthening of the construction of Ideological and Political Education team,the theoretical research and practical exploration of Ideological and Political Education is booming.However,a part of the subjects of Ideological and Political Education are on the improvement of the effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education,but ignore the basic problem of “what is Ideological and Political Education”.As an important means to convey the national ideology,the purpose of Ideological and Political Education is to promote people’s all-round development on the basis of safeguarding the security of national ideology.But in real life,some subjects of Ideological and Political Education does not comprehensive understand the connotation of Ideological and Political Education,due to the influence of social environment,the lack of subjects’ consciousness,the lack of the complexity thinking and other reasons.The connotation of Ideological and Political Education is an answer of “what is Ideological and Political Education”.Grasping the connotation of Ideological and Political Education is to take “what is the ideological and political education” as the cognitive object,and probes into the countermeasures of its cognition and understanding.Grasping the connotation of Ideological and Political Education under the guidance of the complexity thinking,can help the subjects of Ideological and Political Education to turn from escaping the "ideal state" beyond the reality of chance and uncertainty back to a more concrete and realistic situation of Ideological and Political Education,so as to achieve the value goal of Ideological and Political Education.According to this,under the guidance of Marxism,this paper is based on the theory of Ideological and Political Education.According to the logic of “analyzing the current situation of research,explaining the theoretical basis,analyzing the practical problems and putting forward the response plan”,and on the basis of the possibility and feasibility of the application of the complexity thinking to grasping the connotation of Ideological and Political Education,this paper explores the countermeasures of using the complexity thinking to grasp the connotation of Ideological and Political Education.The logic of this paper is as follows.Firstly,this paper expounds the concepts and the theoretical resources of this research.Secondly,this paper summarizes the problems and reasons of grasping the connotation of Ideological and Political Education by literature analysis and empirical investigation.Finally,this paper analyses the necessity and value of using the complexity thinking to grasp the connotation of Ideological and Political Education,and focuses on the basic principles and specific paths of grasping the connotation of Ideological and Political Education by using the complexity thinking.
