The Perspective Of Complexity Science College Students' Ideological And Political Education Innovation

As a human's high-level performance of subjectivity,innovation is a cognitive and practical ability specifically owned by human to promote national progress and social development consistently.Without innovative thinking and the exploration of innovative approaches,a nation can't keep in the front rank of the times among all the countries around the world.First,innovation requires innovative thinking,which is the simplified reflection of the innovative approach.Second,innovation requires innovative method,which is the concrete externalization of innovative thinking.Based on problem consciousness and realistic concern,the research project attempts to do in-depth investigation and research on college students' ideological and political education in the view of complexity science to reveal ideological and political education's rules of development and explore innovative path.The research is of great significance to the improvement of undergraduates' ideological and political education,the coordinated,efficient and healthy development of college students' ideological and political education and the formation of the new situation in college students' ideological and political education.Complexity science is rooted in human social practices,and its development has experienced a long historical process.Through concrete social production practice in early times,human constantly contacted and experienced the outside world so that the fuzzy overall or systematic cognition was produced and the preliminary perceptual knowledge of the complexity science was initially formed.Since the 20 th century,started from the theory of relativity and quantum theory,science and technology have developed a series of new disciplines and theories.These modern sciences challenged traditional science views,including concept of the matter,space-time view,view of science,causal theory,epistemology and methodology,from different angles to make theoretical and practical preparation for the development of new science and technology and significant preparation for the formation of the complexity science theory's thinking mode and methodology.Since the 1970 s,after Bertalanffy put forward the concept of system theory and information theory expert,Wafer,launchedScience and Complexity,complexity science research has become a conscious research branch.Since the appearance of complexity science research,it developed quickly as spark set the prairie ablaze.The Chinese pioneer of the complexity science research,Mr Qian Xuesen,proposed the complex giant system theory to promote the development of complex science theory research in depth and width.His theory is a remarkable achievement of complexity science theory.As a powerful ideological weapon of transforming nature and society,complexity science theory provides a unique view of observation,analysis and understanding of the world.Complexity science theory applies to all areas of nature,society and thought,and has been widely used in every department of science,military,production and management.It raised an immense change of thought and transformation of research paradigm in numerous fields of science,and had a huge success and remarkable effects.There is no doubt that the theory of complexity science also applies to the innovation of college students' ideological and political education.Theory of complexity science can be introduced into the ideological and political education field to promote the transformation of ideological and political education research paradigm.This transformation can not only be related to the research methods,but also provide a clearer thought and a more effective method for the innovation of ideological and political education in epistemology.College students' ideological and political education is non-linear,irreversible,irreducible and occasional.Through the overall judgment on ideological and political education's causality,determinacy,simplicity,reductibility,the excessive application of thoughts of discipline,linear,unidimensionality,effects and sealing is the main reason for the current slow development of ideological and political education's research and practice among college students.Because the value of ideological and political education can only be realized inefficiently,ideological and political education environment has been increasingly complex and the complexity of ideological and political education emerges,the foundation and adjustment of ideological and political education's innovative thinking method and mode are required.Way of thinking and research approach of complexity science can serve as ideological weapon to realize the ideological and political education innovationamong college students.Complexity thinking is innovative,multidirectional divergent,systematic and correlative.It is not only the application and development of traditional thinking,but also the recombination and systematic application of all kinds of thinking form.The research subject proposes that the ideological and political education innovation first need to realize the thinking transformation from the traditional education to the complexity education.To realize the transformation of innovative thought of college students' ideological and political education,there are five aspects which would be done at first.The transformation toward the value thinking is the premise of the ideological and political education innovation thought's adjustment.The transformation toward the nonlinear thinking is the foundation of the ideological and political education innovation thought's adjustment.The transformation toward the multidimensional thinking is the key to the ideological and political education innovation thought's adjustment.The transformation toward the process thinking is the emphasis of the ideological and political education innovation thought's adjustment.The transformation toward the open mind is the protection of the ideological and political education innovation thought's adjustment.Way of thinking and research approach of complexity science can serve as strategic reference to realize the ideological and political education innovation.The research subject put forward that the ideological and political education innovation need to implement the transformation from the traditional education model to the innovation model."Mode" study can not only promote the practice of the ideological and political education theory,but also promote the theory of the ideological and political education practice.At present,in the exploration of the ideological and political education mode,there exists overemphasis on the interpretation for the people and things and contempt for the transformation of the world.Consequently,the abstract theory and concrete practice begin to separate relatively.The relationship among all the elements of ideological and political education in the view of complexity science is complicated,nonlinear and coupling.To explore the relationship between whole and part by complexity thinking way is necessary.College students' ideological and political education is generated by the organic connection of the subsystems.According to certain organization form and structure,several subsystems through interaction and interdependence are combined organically and thus generated ideological and political education,the whole with specific functions.There are several subsystems.The subsystem of content is selected,processed,converted and thus generated by the system.The subsystem of carrier carries the subsystem of content.The main subsystem is indispensable.The subsystem of relations is generated by the mutual molding and symbiosis of systems.By means of organic integration and dynamic development,all of these subsystems generate the system of the ideological and political education innovation.The research topic called this model penetrative symbiosis model of college students' ideological and political education.Connected with innovation requirements of the ideological and political education from the perspective of complexity science,the study topic puts forward four innovation focuses of the penetrative symbiosis model of college students' ideological and political education,namely,to strengthen the main subsystems “soft authority” and “hierarchical expectations” self awareness,build the mechanism of“potential energy difference” and “four qualities” ability system,improve the system's influence;to enhance the construction of the party's theory,value the daily ideological and political education,pay attention to the richness of the content system,emphasize the application of the content subsystem in politics and life,improve the system's appeal;to make the choice of carrier subsystem suit the needs of main subsystems and bear the corresponding content subsystem,highlight effective carrier system,improve human nature and diversity,improve the system's attraction;to emphasize the generation of systematic relations of the sharing and symbiosis and systematic relations of the mutual molding and symbiosis,prompted equality and the spirit of sharing between the main bodies,elevate system's collaborative force.
