| In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce industry, more and more people begin to choose online shopping, which was originally a convenient business for everyone, but it is accompanied by the continuous expansion of the amount of express packaging, express packaging waste is increasing. However,in the online shopping consumer market, college students account for a large number of consumers, and college consumers are more frequent online shopping.Due to the variety of express packages, most express packages have low recycling value, and only express packages have high recycling value. Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the recycling of express packages in colleges and universities.Firstly, based on incentive theory and behavioral decision theory, this paper divides incentive strategy into benefit reward strategy, public welfare reward strategy, benefit punishment strategy and public welfare punishment strategy, and conducts behavioral pretest by questionnaire.Through data collection and analysis,it is found that,no matter the reward strategy or the punishment strategy, compared with the public welfare incentive, the benefit incentive makes the college consumers make more decisions to participate in the recycling of express package boxes.Compared with the benefit reward strategy, the benefit punishment strategy made college consumers make more decisions to participate in the recycling of express package boxes.Regardless of the type of incentives, women are more willing to participate in the recycling of express boxes than men. These conclusions provide ideas and basis for the following behavioral experiments. Then, according to the experimental pre-test,the behavioral experiment was designed using E-Prime software. It is found that the consumers in colleges and universities have the longest reaction time under the benefit punishment strategy, followed by the public welfare punishment strategy, the public welfare reward strategy and the benefit reward strategy. In terms of participation rate, the participation rate of the benefit punitive strategy is the highest, followed by the benefit reward strategy, the public welfare reward strategy and the public welfare punishment strategy. These conclusions can provide reference for relevant express package recycling enterprises to formulate incentive strategies. Finally, taking H university as an example for empirical analysis, this paper studies the current situation of recycling of express package boxes in H university through questionnaire survey, and puts forward operational suggestions for the current situation of recycling. |
