Information technology promotes the progress of society and the change of people’s lifestyles. In the field of education, people’s learning concepts are constantly developing and changing in keeping with the pace of technological innovation.Mobile learning,a new type of learning with the characteristics of the times,is working from all aspects and affecting the learning experience of learners. In the past, mobile learning lacked interaction and feedback between teachers and students, and there was a single lack of teaching resources in the classroom. As a new type of light application,It is convenient to use We Chat Mini Program and have an excellent interactive experience when using it.With the help of We Chat Mini Program,it can bring a brand-new experience to teachers and students. In view of the lack of theoretical guidance and insufficient learning resources in mobile applications, this study attempts to integrate self-efficacy theory and Wechat Mini Program and use cloud development technology to design and develop a application with practical application value,so that teachers can carry out a more flexible and efficient classroom with their assistance, improve the learning experience of learners, and enrich the presentation of classroom resources. This research explores the feasibility of the new application of Wechat Mini Program as a teaching aid,and widens the way to realize mobile learning. This research mainly completed the implementation of the research from three levels. From the perspective of educational theory, first,it summarizes related researches on selfefficacy theory at home and abroad, and analyzes the effects that the theory can bring to education. At the same time,it summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the application of We Chat Mini Programs, and summarizes the ways in which We Chat Mini Programs should be applied in the classroom. Then it clarifies the theoretical basis and implementation technology of the research, and provides a solid foundation for the further implementation of the research. From the level of program design and development, according to the four sources of information of self-efficacy,a We Chat mini-program design framework based on the theory is proposed, and the system requirements are determined according to the framework. The theory is integrated into the design, and the overall design structure of the system is proposed. The system is divided into six modules, including: course management, resource uploading, likes and collections, reviews, goals and summary, and badge management.Using cloud computing and other technologies, this research expounds the realization of system functions from the configuration of system development environment and the design of system interaction. From the aspect of practical application,a representative course of "Android programming" in programming learning is selected, and a pre-test and post test control group experiment is conducted to quantitatively evaluate the self-efficacy of learners,so as to determine the influence of Wechat Mini Program on learners’ self-efficacy and learning effect. The research show that the We Chat Mini Program can enhance the learner’s self-efficacy and make the learner have a more ideal learning effect. This research has carried on the practice to the self-efficacy theory in the programming teaching and arried on the advantageous supplement to its application in the programming teaching,at the same time exploring the selfefficacy theory to the programming teaching significance,It provided the theory reference for the later researcher. In practice,it enriches the role of mobile applications in programming learning, provides a reference for the deeper application of Mini Program in the field of education, and injects new vitality into the development of mobile learning.
