With the development of private education,private colleges and universities have become an important force in the popularization of higher education in my country.Compared with the scientific research-oriented management model of public universities,private universities pay more attention to the education,teaching and daily management of students.Therefore,workplace relationships or interpersonal networks are likely to have a greater impact on the work psychology,behavior and results of private university teachers.Big impact.With the growth of the post-90 s private college teachers in the information age,they show more individuality,autonomy,and flexibility in their work.This is in sharp contrast with the traditional interpersonal relationship atmosphere.Its unique interpersonal relationship Relationship establishment and maintenance models are likely to have different effects on their work behavior and performance.This article first combed the related literature on interpersonal relationship,organizational commitment and work performance,and explored the relationship between interpersonal relationship and organizational commitment and work performance;then based on social identification theory and self-affirmation theory,proposed research hypothesis,established a model.Combining with the personality and work characteristics of post-90 s teachers in private universities,a questionnaire was designed.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 951 post-90 s teachers from 19 private universities,and the collected data were analyzed through SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0.descriptive analysis,reliability and validity testing,regression analysis,etc.,explore the influence of interpersonal relationships on organizational commitment and job performance and the process of influence.The research in this paper has the following conclusions: self-image and caring for others in interpersonal relationships have a significant positive impact on the organizational commitment and work performance of post-90 s teachers in private colleges.Therefore,a higher level of interpersonal relationships can improve the organization of post-90 s teachers in private colleges.Self-image and caring for others positively influence the work performance of post-90 s teachers in private colleges and universities through the intermediary effect of organizational commitment.Finally,this article provides decision-making suggestions for improving the organizational commitment and work performance of post-90 s teachers in private colleges.
