Organizational commitment is psychology of a relation for the organization and its members. It is an attitude that the members share their identification towards the enterprise. Be as a very important social psychology factor, lot of research work has indicated the significant influence or organizational commitment on individual's incentive, attitude and satisfaction, finally the individual and organization efficiency. This research focused on the structure of SHANXI Traffic Industry organization commitment and the relationship among Organization Commitment, the structure of Compensation and Work Performance. Which have important theoretical and practical significance.This research was divided into three parts: the first part analyzed the inner structure of the organizational commitment and established the questionnaire of organizational commitment by interview in depth, open questionnaire and structural questionnaire investigation. The result indicated that organizational commitment was a four factors structure, they were Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment, Affective Commitment and Ideal Commitment. The result of data analysis showed that the questionnaire of organizational commitment had good reliability and validity.The second part discussed the relationship among Organization Commitment, the structure of Compensation and Work Performance. We found that Continuance Commitment, The third part is exploring the forecast effect of organizational commitment and the structure of compensation on work performance. The result indicates that The structure of compensation has significant effects on the relationship between Organization Commitment and Work Performance.Ideal Commitment and Affective Commitment have a strong influence on the structure of compensation. The compensation of post and the compensation of technique have an obvious influence on Work Performance. Normative Commitment and Ideal Commitment have an evident effect on work performance.
