Research On The Integration Of Red Home Letters Into College Students’ Ideological And Political Education

The Red Home Letters are precious documents left by therevolutionists and the Chinese Communists during the period of Chinese revolution,construction,and reform and opening up.The content of the Red Home Letters is extremely rich,which not only contains the value transmission full of ideals and beliefs,but also reflects the native land emotion.The rich educational resources contained in the Red Home Letter,and its cultural value and moral education value are highly compatible with the content of college students’ ideological and political education.Integrating the Red Home Letters into the ideological and political education of college students and giving play to the educational function of the Red Home Letters plays a positive role in cultivating and promoting the core socialism values,enhancing cultural self-confidence and cultural literacy among college students.Carrying out the research on the integration of the Red Home Letters into the ideological and political education of college students has certain theoretical value and practical significance in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era.This thesis uses Marxist ideological and political education principles,combines political science,history,psychology and other different disciplines,and uses the organic combination of normative research and empirical research to analyze and explain related issues.On the basis of summarizing the connotation and characteristics of the Red Home Letters and the spiritual core carried by the Red Home Letters,this thesis focuses on the function and role of the Red Home Letters in ideological and political education.Through the method of questionnaire survey,this thesis reveals the problems of single integration method,weak integration content,and poor integration effect in the current ideological and political education of college students,and analyzes the reasons for the problems from the dimensions of education object,education concept,education method,education content,etc.Then,this thesis puts forward the practice path of integrating the Red Home Letters into the ideological and political education of college students from four aspects of integrating the Red Homes Letters into ideological and political courses,the construction of campus culture,practical education activities,and the online education platform.
