| Chinese excellent traditional culture is a precious spiritual wealth,which provides cultural nutrition for for colleges to cultivate high-quality talents and fulfilling the fundamental task of cultivating virtue through education.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the requirement to "conscientiously absorb the ideological and moral essence of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,and use all the spiritual wealth created by the Chinese nation to educate people ".As an important position for cultivating qualified builders and reliable successors for socialism with Chinese characteristics and inheriting innovative culture,local engineering colleges are mostly known for science and engineering and majors,and their humanities education is relatively weak.Whether it can effectively integrate excellent traditional culture into ideological and moral education to cultivate talents is an important topic of the times.Guided by Marxist theories and methods,this paper conducts an empirical study on the status quo of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into talent training in local engineering colleges and universities through a questionnaire survey on the basis of literature research,and specifically explores the specific integration of the two.path.In terms of the specific content of the thesis,The first part is based on the current era background and urgent practical needs,explains the significance and purpose of the research,and analyzes the existing related research overview;the second part mainly focuses on the connotation,content,goals of the ideological and moral education,and the connotation,characteristics,and value of the Chinese excellent traditional culture.On the basis of clarifying the concepts,it will focus on the relevance of the two,including the education resources contained in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the feasibility and necessity of the two.The third part conducts a questionnaire survey on local engineering colleges and universities in Hebei Province,and conducts descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and difference test on the data obtained.The study found that the integration of the two has both positive performance and shortcomings,and analyzes the reasons for the existing problems from three aspects: students,schools and educational environment;The fourth part proposes that the specific path for the integration of excellent traditional culture is to clarify the principle Chineses of integration,broaden the practice channels,improve the guarantee mechanism and optimize the strength of teachers,hoping to provide a certain reference for the education of Chinese excellent traditional culture and ideological and moral education in local engineering colleges in the new era. |
