Research On The Labor Habits Cultivation Of "Junior-Class" Children In Kindergarten Duty Activities

Kindergarten duty activities refer to all kinds of activities for collective service,which require the participation of children participate in the kindergarten.Meanwhile,the special educational value and significance can be brought for the physical and mental development of children.This research takes 30 children with the age of 3 or 4 in a kindergarten of Chengdu as the objects,in which the natural observation and interview methods are mainly adopted.The following three aspects are the main research content.Firstly,it makes description of the cultivation mode and work content of duty activities.Secondly,it makes description of the present status of the junior-class children’s labor habits cultivation in duty activities.Thirdly,it carries out the analysis on the problem and proposes the optimization suggestions.According to the research,it finds out the existence of three problems in the cultivation of children’s labor habits in kindergarten duty activities.Firstly,it has difficulty to consolidate the children’s labor habits cultivated by duty activities.Secondly,the duty activities should be based on service instead of management.Thirdly,it is necessary to perfect the evaluation of duty activities,since the evaluation content is single,as well as ignores the guidance and promotion of children with weak labor ability.This research gives the following feasible suggestions.The children’s labor habits should be cultivated through the cooperation and education between kindergarten and family and the kindergarten labor education curriculum system should be established from the perspective of kindergarten management.The democratic consultation form of duty activities should be established from the perspective of kindergarten teachers,which should also focus on the scientific guidance and promotion of children in duty activities.The formation of children’s labor habits in the experience should be emphasized and the sharing-oriented evaluation of duty activities should be established from the perspective of children themselves.
