Study On Vocational Training Mechanism Of Returning Rural Workers Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

China’s urbanization process is in the transitional stage from rapid expansion to quality improvement,and it is showing a social trend of returning to the hometown of rural migrant workers.In the face of new changes,vocational education and training has become a key node in stimulating and enhancing the human capital of returning peasant workers and promoting the strategy of rural revitalization with its demographic dividend.However,traditional vocational education and training cannot fully adapt to the changes in training targets,lack of pertinence in training content and training methods,and it is difficult to effectively guide returning migrant workers to match their employment desires with the human resource needs of rural revitalization;in the academic field.There is a lack of specialized research on the vocational education and training of returning migrant workers.Facing the current social situation and future development need,improving the social role and benefits of vocational education and training for returning rural migrant workers is of great significance for promoting the implementation of my country’s rural revitalization strategy.The thesis is dedicated to exploring and perfecting the objectives,content and operating mechanism of vocational education and training for returning rural migrant workers,in order to achieve an organic combination with my country’s rural revitalization strategy.The research content includes,(1)Foreign agricultural industry development models and the main responsibility of vocational education for reference to our country’s experience;(2)Through surveys,interviews and case analysis,it is clear that my country’s current vocational education and training activities for returning migrant workers are blind,issues such as irrationality and lack of long-term effectiveness;(3)Improve the vocational training operation mechanism for returning migrant workers,and propose systematic reform measures for the pre-investigation preparation,mid-term operation control,and later supervision and evaluation links,and establish employment for returning migrant workers The bridge between willingness and the development needs of the agricultural industry promotes the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.The research purpose of the thesis is to understand the willingness and needs of returning migrant workers and the employment requirements of rural enterprises through field investigation,adjust and improve the development methods and specific content of vocational training,so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the vocational training activities for returning migrant workers.Help return-home migrant workers to achieve re-employment so that they can provide human capital for the revitalization of their hometowns.
