Research On Entrepreneurship Training Of Returned Migrant Workers In The County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Returned migrant workers are the products of China's reform and opening up,and they are a special group in the process of urbanization in China.With the changes in the economic environment at home and abroad,a large number of migrant workers return to their hometowns to start businesses,especially the promotion and implementation of rural revitalization strategies,which brings new opportunities in land,finance,entrepreneurial projects,and platforms for returning migrant workers to start their businesses.It has attracted a large number of returned migrant workersto return to their hometowns to start businesses,and has played a huge role in alleviating the pressure on social employment,solving social problems such as left-behind children and the elderly in the rural areas,and promoting the development of county economies.At the same time,it has in turn promoted the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.In order to encourage returned migrant workers to start their own businesses,the government has started entrepreneurship training for return migrant workers in 2008.As far as the current status of entrepreneurship training is concerned,the effect of entrepreneurship training needs to be improved.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the entrepreneurship training for returning migrant workers,so as to achieve the goal of "promoting entrepreneurship by training,employment by entrepreneurship,and bringing prosperity by employment".The article takes returning entrepreneurial migrant workers in four counties of Shaoyang City as investigation object,which including Xinning County,Dongkou County,Chengbu County,and Wugang City.Throngh questionnaire and interview method to investigation and study,then we found that there is a strong practical demand for entrepreneurship training,but entrepreneurial training cannot satisfy their needs.There are many problems with migrant workers' entrepreneurship training,such as :Entrepreneurship training management and services are not in place,and the training integration mechanism has not yet been established;Insufficient investment in entrepreneurship training and lack of effective management;Entrepreneurship training content is not reasonable,and training method is single;entrepreneurship training teachers' group is weak,atraining effect satisfaction is low;The participation rate of returned migrant workers is low,and the attitude of participating in training is not correct.At the same time,the reasons for the problems of returning migrant workers' entrepreneurship training are analyzed from the aspects of training objects,government and entrepreneurship training system.Based on the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes,this paper makes full use of the successful experience of domestic and foreign entrepreneurship training,and puts forward some policy Suggestions to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training for returning migrant workers,including the following aspects: Establishing a collaborative management and integration mechanism of entrepreneurship training;Forming a funding mechanism for homing-going migrant workers' entrepreneurship training;seting up entrepreneurship training content reasonably,Conducting flexible and diverse training methods;Enhancing the construction of entrepreneurship training teachers and strengthening external support for entrepreneurship training.
