Tearing And Healing:Research On The Social Support Network Of Factual Orphan In Beichuan

At present,our country’s child welfare system has changed from a complementing type to a universal type.Plight of children,including the factual orphan,need targeted support.our country’s research on social support networks for orphans has been highly valued in theory.But as far as the research on the construction of the social support network for the factual orphan is just at the beginning.So it has important research significance.In the D social work organization in Beichuan,the study of the factual orphan research shows it’s social support network is very fragile: family support can only maintain basic survival needs.Due to the family’s economic weakness,factual orphan can’t obtain the better educational Resources.the right to higher-quality education are "stripped off".The effective support of grassroots public officials and neighbors in the community is slightly weak.At the level of alternative support,the qualifications of social organizations are not compromised Recognition,the right to equality has been "stripped off" at the level of government policy and system supply.Based on this,this article analyzes the demand and supply of social support for factual orphan from the perspective of supply and demand.From the perspective of social work practice,it explores the path of social support network construction and the system building.Choosing the dimensions of the division of social support providers,conduct practical work from two aspects of formal social support and informal social support;visualize the macro,meso and micro systems corresponding to the social support providers from the ecosystem theory.To build an effective social support network for the factual orphan and make them live the environment in harmony.The social support network of Beichuan factual orphan in D institution has been "torn apart",and its existing support bodies have their own shortcomings.The construction of a social support network for factual orphan requires multiple construction subjects,and coordination and linkage between the subjects is required.This article relies on the practical work of D organization,and takes this as an example to establish a five-element social support body linkage of "government,community(village),school,social work organization,and family".In terms of material and spiritual aspects,a social support network has been constructed for factual orphan.
