Research On The "Partner" Operation Mechanism Of Community Complex From The Perspective Of Spatial Governance

Urban public space has always been a platform for people’s communication,but with the continuous expansion of the city,the urban population is increasing,the public space is constantly squeezed,resulting in many social problems.In order to solve the social problems caused by the space squeeze,the urban community complex,neighborhood center and other integrated building entities emerge as the times require,forming a new community service mode.However,the new mode brings convenience to the community residents,at the same time,it will also produce new problems.The problems highlighted in the operation and management of these public spaces also need to be solved.As the basic unit of social governance,the reform and development of community governance is the most important and decisive.The grassroots government needs to explore new and more effective feasible paths around specific problems.The X community complex studied in this paper has initially formed the rudiment of "community partner" operation mechanism in the long-term practical exploration and experience summary.This mode is based on a series of factors such as the change of main social contradictions,the transformation and upgrading of social governance,the transformation of "small government and big society" of social governance,and the development of Chinese civil society.This paper first combs the academic research on the development process of community complex,the research on the theory of spatial governance,and the academic analysis on the operation of community complex;secondly,from the perspective of spatial governance,this paper analyzes the necessity of social work intervention in the operation of community complex,and combs the value orientation of community complex in the operation process Finally,under the guidance of the theory of spatial governance,through the intervention of social work,the space of the community complex is reconstructed,and the mechanism of "community partner" is studied,so as to establish a set of spatial governance model Long term and sustainable operation mechanism.
