A Study On The Practical Path Of Multi Governance Under The "Community Partner" Governance Model

Hangzhou put forward the construction of "future community" in the community governance in 2019,especially the innovation of the new mode of multi governance in the "old to new" of old communities.In Hangzhou,the "community partner" governance model has emerged in building a more cohesive and belonging urban community unit,linking multiple subjects to participate in the community governance process,and solving practical public problems.Through literature research and interview,this paper summarizes the research status of predecessors in the multi governance,and draws an overview of M community from the preliminary basic research and compares the effectiveness of M community’s "community partner" governance model in the form of a questionnaire under the guidance of the collaborative governance theory and stakeholder theory.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,the analysis of the solution to the problem of "parking difficulty",an actual case of governance in the "community partner" model,shows how the multi stakeholder of M community participates in the actual governance at the grassroots level and the role of social workers in the multi governance,so as to promote the continuation of the multi governance process.Then it analyzes the mechanism of the "community partner" governance model,and understands the operation process of the "community partner" governance model.Next,this paper explores the path for the "community partner" governance model to participate in multi governance: First,build a community consultation platform;Second,clarify the division of responsibilities of governance subjects;Third,we should explore the motivation of residents’ volunteerism;Fourth,improve the community professional service structure;The fifth is to promote social technology in communities,and other communities use the "community partner" governance model for reference.
