| As a new kind of employment way,the labor dispatch has been accepted and acknowledged by companies since it was brought into China in 1990s because it had many advantages such as flexible employment way,saving costs,professional employee management.With the development of talent’s professional division of work and coordination,the labor dispatch enterprises has developed rapidly,but it caused many problems such as nonstandard employment,different payment to equal work,industry disorder and terrible supervision and so on,which made these enterprises gad to face a series of difficulties.Making a risk assessment and prevention had a significant compact on the existence and smooth development.In this paper,H company as the research object,based on the literature and theoretical system of labor dispatch.Through interviews and questionnaires to H company managers,employers managers and dispatched employees,the labor dispatch situ,ation and existing problems of H company are deeply analyzed.Brainstorming method is used to identify the labor dispatch risk of Company H from four aspects:industry,internal labor dispatch institutions,labor units and dispatched employees.Based on this,the labor dispatch risk evaluation index system of H company is constructed.Using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the risk evaluation index weight and comprehensive evaluation of H company labor dispatching risk,the main research conclusions;Finally put forward the industry risk,internal management risk,employment unit risk and risk prevention measures of dispatched employees.The above research results will avoid and reduce risks for H Company,thereby promoting its development.It also provides some reference for the risk management of labor dispatching companies. |
