| With the development of The Times and the rapid development of information technology,China has established more and more information projects,but with the increase in the number of projects,the possibility of problems also increases.Therefore,many researchers in China have carried out research on project risk management.This paper takes the risk management of the upgrade project of JT College’s student comprehensive assessment management system as the research object.In the process of the research,the questionnaire analysis method is used to analyze the problems in the current use of JT College’s student management system: To JT college students’ comprehensive assessment management system upgrade elaborates the necessity and present situation,for JT college students’ comprehensive evaluation management system upgrade project risk identification,and then using the hierarchy and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation against JT college students’ comprehensive assessment management system upgrade project risk evaluation,found in JT college students’ comprehensive assessment management system to upgrade the level of risk is higher,so we JT college students’ comprehensive evaluation management system upgrade of risk control of the current problems of the optimization Suggestions and safeguard measures,comprehensive assessment management system for JT college students upgrade smoothly to provide certain theoretical significance.First,we seek and improve the structural reasons for the risk management system from a basic and macro perspective.Then,discuss and improve the reasons for the improper form of the risk management system from the midpoint of view,and analyze the risk management.Finally,from a micro point of view,check whether the system operation lacks closeness.And based on the research results,some practical optimization suggestions are put forward.First,starting from risk information,risk monitoring and risk mitigation feedback,improve the student management system,management assurance system and other related rules and regulations.Secondly,in order to make the students’ comprehensive assessment and management system more perfect,they can choose to diversify the risk management structure and make the risk management team more professional.Finally,establish and optimize the student risk management mechanism to form a closed loop of a good risk management mechanism.Starting from correct risk identification,scientific and intuitive analysis and risk assessment can be carried out,and risk-related parameters can be set.Based on actual operation conditions,the risk assessment project will be adjusted at any time to ensure the smooth progress of the project. |
