Research On The Present Situation And Optimization Of Post-90s College Students’ Spiritual Life

Person is not only a physical existence, but also a cultural and spiritual existence. The spiritual life of a person reflects the extent of soul’s enrichment and life’s abundance, determining the quality of the personal development and the possibility of sustainable development. As the hope of country’s future, whether the college students can establish the consciousness to take care of the spiritual world, arouse the needs to achieve the spiritual pursuit strenuously and set up the goal to achieve the growth of spirit tirelessly, greatly affects the degree of realization and the modernization for person and state. Thus, it shows the important theoretical value and practical significance to learn about the realistic picture of the current post-90s college students’spiritual life, seize what kinds of factor with in which ways to what extent to affect the development and change of post-90s college students’ spiritual life,and search for the possibility paths to optimize post-90s college students’ spiritual life based on the above.The spiritual life is corresponded to material life, and both of them are the most basic forms of human social life and constitute the whole of social life together. The spiritual life is the mental activities of the realistic individual to satisfy his own spiritual needs and the spiritual living conditions and lifestyle. It is the essence of individual existence, embodying the meaning and value of human existence, with the unique attributes of stage progressive and limited transferability as well as share value-added. Spiritual life can be divided into perceptual level, rational level and transcendental level in respect of content, meanwhile, which is corresponding to the psychological life, ethical life and devotional life respectively. It includes learning and creating life, spiritual exchanging life and entertainment and leisure life regarding structure, meanwhile, which is respectively corresponding to the spiritual production, swap and consumption. Ancient and modern theories about human existence, human nature, human needs, human development, especially The Marxist Human Theory, provides a solid theoretical foundation for the study of issues on post-90s college students’ spiritual life.Based on the analysis of 994 valid questionnaires and 39 in-depth interviews, we found that the spiritual life of post-90s college students is in above of average, and shows a trend of benign development that the content of spiritual activities is becoming much more abundant, the mode of spiritual life is much more modernization, the state of spiritual life is much more activity. They have a strong desire to optimize the condition of spiritual life and enhance the quality of spiritual life, and also there is a larger space to develop and promote the spiritual life. But recently, the overall development of post-90s college students’ spiritual life is in deviation, it demonstrates that, spiritual pressure diversity, spiritual value materialization, spiritual pursuit nihility, spiritual production fragmentation, spiritual exchange utilitarian, and spiritual consumption simplification.The further data analysis and theoretical explanation shows that, the spiritual life of post-90s college students is mainly influenced by market economy, multiculturalism, modern science and technology, social support, and life encounter. It shows the basic ways of developing by dialectical interaction with material life, mutual penetration and influence with groups’ spiritual life, construction and deconstruction by virtual network environment, inheritance and lasting of individual spiritual life, mutation with the influence of important life events. To a certain extent, it reveals the basic laws of development of post-90s college students’ spiritual life by the development of environmental construction, the need to drive development and the development of self-inheritance.The optimization of the situation of post-90s college students’ spiritual life is to improve the quality of their spiritual life, promote their spirit adult and guide them to live a happy life,and the content of optimization includes the coordination of psychological life, richness of communicative life, expansion of cultural life, enrichment of the spiritual life and so on. The specific approaches should be under the model of optimization of spiritual life with gradual advancement and trinity which is constituted by the edification of civilization of social security, the formation of spirit of educational guidance and the modernization of cultivation of self-determined construction, which is respectively corresponding to social security, moral education leading and strengthen self-adjustment.Among which, the social security is comprised by carrying forward the social ideal, developing the market economy of socialist, prospering the advanced culture of socialist and developing the educational business of socialist; Moral education leading consists of transforming the concepts of moral education, perfection of the contents of moral education and innovation of the methods of moral education; Self-adjustment is manifested by self-learning, self-discipline and self-regulation to realize the self-optimization of post-90s college students’ spiritual life.
