training can more effectively improve the sensitivity of school-age children compared with normal physical education.Sexual qualities provide a basis for the vigorous promotion of gym-style Taekwondo into elementary school classrooms and the promotion of gym-style Taekwondo training among school-age children.Research: A total of 32 school-age children were randomly selected from 16 boys and 16 girls aged 9-10 years old in the first to third classes of the third grade of Yongchang Street Huimin Primary School,and then 8 boys were randomly selected as experimental group A(hereinafter referred to as group A)Group A),the remaining boys are in control group B(hereinafter referred to as group B),8 girls are randomly selected as experimental group C(hereinafter referred to as group C),and the remaining girls are in control group D(hereinafter referred to as group D).Intervention training for 12 weeks,3 lessons per week,a total of 36 lessons,in which the experimental group conducts gym-style taekwondo training(a total of 4advanced stages),the control group conducts normal physical education classroom exercises,and intervenes Before and after,32 students were tested for sensitivity(quadrant cross jump,repeated crossing,4×10m turnback run and T-run test).Result: 1.Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in the test results of quadrant cross jumping,repeated crossing,4×10m turning back and T-shaped running in groups A and B,C and D.(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,it was found that the average quadrant cross diving in group A and group C was significantly higher than that before the experiment(p<0.01),and the level of cross jump in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(p<0.01),the cross-jump level in group C was significantly higher than that in group D(p<0.05);(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,it was found that the average T-run after the experiment in groups A and C was significantly higher than that before the experiment(p<0.01),the T-shaped running level of group B and D after the experiment was significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.05),the T-level running level of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(p<0.01),the T-shaped running of group C The running level was significantly higher than that of group D(p<0.01);(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,it was found that the average 4×10m reentrant running level after the experiments in groups A and C was significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.01)After the experiment,the average 4×10m reentry run in Groups B and D was significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.01),the level of the 4×10m reentry run in Group A was significantly higher than that group D(p<0.01);After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the quadrant crossover and repeated crossing levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group C(p<0.01),the T-run performance in group A was significantly lower than that in group C(p<0.05),and the quadrants in group B The level of cross jump and repeated crossing was significantly higher than that of group D(p<0.01).Conclusions: 1.Gymnastics-style Taekwondo training can significantly improve the sensitivity quality of 9-10 year-old children;2.Gymnastics-style taekwondo promotes9-10 year-old children’s sensitivity quality more obviously than the normal sports classroom teaching content;The sensitivity level of 3.9-10 year old male children is higher than that of women.After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the level of improvement is also higher than that of women. |
