Research Objectives: Research purpose: as an advantageous project in China,although Taekwondo has the strength to win gold and silver in international competitions and Olympic Games,there is still a big gap between Chinese Taekwondo athletes and the world-class level.In the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games,the Chinese Taekwondo delegation won only one bronze medal,Therefore,how to improve the physical quality and sports ability of Taekwondo and embody it in special training has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies the influence of explosive force and sensitive quality of lower limbs after training intervention and the correlation between explosive force and sensitive quality of lower limbs after training intervention,so as to provide some theoretical reference and practical basis for the enhanced training of young Taekwondo athletesResearch Objects and methods: Taking 24 young athletes of Shaanxi Taekwondo team as the experimental subjects,an 8-week intensive training intervention was conducted.Before and after the experiment,the athletes were tested with a three-dimensional dynamometer for CMJ and SJ,and the time and height of flight were calculated;The electronic protective equipment shall be tested for the special strength of the cross kick for about 10s;Pro test,Illinois sensitivity test,cross quadrant jump and t test were performed on the tested athletes.The test data were processed and analyzed by spss26.0 statistical software,and displayed as mean and standard deviationResults:(1)The test results of CMJ flying time and height(0.47 ± 0.38 seconds,27.08 ± 4.09 cm)before the test were significantly different from those after the test(0.50 ± 0.12 seconds,30.10 ± 3.99 cm)(P < 0.05).(2)The test results of SJ flying time and height before the experiment(0.45 ± 0.49 seconds,25.45 ± 5.15 cm)were significantly different from those after the experiment(0.50 ± 0.33 seconds,29.41 ±4.13 cm)(P < 0.05).(3)Before the experiment,the impact strength(pounds),effective hit(Times)and number of legs(Times)(44.94 ± 4.73,21.08 ± 1.66,21.70 ±1.16)of the tested athletes’ electronic protective equipment were significantly higher than those after the experiment(49.87 ± 1.52,23.00 ± 0.83,22.54 ± 0.77)(P < 0.00),but the number of legs did not increase(P > 0.05).(4)There were significant differences in pro test,Illinois sensitivity test,cross quadrant jump,t test(5.17 ± 0.33,15.19 ± 0.58,7.78 ± 0.37,8.16 ± 0.34)before the experiment and after the experiment(4.19 ± 0.25,14.70 ± 0.76,7.05 ± 0.62,6.74 ± 0.42)(P < 0.05).(4)After the experiment,CMJ flight time and CMJ flight height showed moderate positive correlation with pro test,Illinois test,t test and cross quadrant jump;After the experiment,SJ’s flying time and height showed moderate positive correlation with t test,low positive correlation with cross quadrant jump and Illinois test,and no correlation with pro test;However,there was no correlation between the striking force and the sensitivity of the electronic protective equipment.Conclusions :(1)After 8-week intensive training intervention,the explosive power and sensitive quality of the lower limbs of the tested athletes have been significantly improved.Therefore,8-week intensive training can be used as a training method for the explosive power and sensitive quality of young Taekwondo athletes.(2)After 8weeks of intensive training intervention,the special kick strength and leg times of the tested athletes have been significantly improved,which shows that the intensive training can not only improve the physical quality of Taekwondo,but also improve their special strength,which is helpful to improve the sports performance of Taekwondo athletes.(3)After the experimental intervention,there was a significant positive correlation between the explosive power of lower limbs and the sensitive quality,that is,the explosive power of lower limbs could improve the sensitive quality at the same time. |
