In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued two files on the new era comprehensively strengthen the opinions of the big labor education of primary and secondary schools ","the great work of primary and secondary schools education guidelines(try out)",to strengthen the requirements of labor education and labor education is to develop students’ physique and key points,strengthen the labor practice education,in real life,labor education "overlooked by less than in the school education,in the family education is ignored,be despised in social education"phenomenon has become a problem which restricts its development.The document issued by the Ministry of Education clearly points out that family education should play a fundamental role in labor education.This research mainly takes the primary school students and their parents in Zhoukou area of Henan Province as the research object,using observation method and interview and other research methods to study 30 primary school students and their parents.This research is divided into four parts: The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the topic,research significance and so on;The second chapter describes the present situation of primary school students doing housework and family labor education;The third chapter analyzes the causes of the problems in family labor education;The fourth chapter combines Suhomlinsky’s theory of labor education and Makalenko’s theory of family education and labor education to reflect on the existing problems of family labor education,and tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.It is found that the current family labor education is lacking and dissimilation;Many children family to do the housework of the buck each other,lazy parents and so on caused in the family education only labor and no education;The oppression of examination-oriented education causes families to have education but not labor;The utilitarian psychology of some parents causes the phenomenon that pupils need to collect tips to do housework.Elementary school girls in the lower grades do housework out of love to imitate the adults at home or to get praise from others;Some pupils are addicted to watching TV and playing video games instead of doing housework.In order to complete the homework assigned by the teacher,some parents take photos and punch in the "false labor" to hand in homework.According to the above problems,we put forward the corresponding suggestions,first of all,parents should change the concept of labor education,salvage the silent family labor education,let the family labor education release due light;Secondly,we should enrich the content of family labor education;secondly,we should use the power of cooperative education to change the way of family labor education;finally,we should encourage hard work and pay attention to the construction of family style;moreover,we should deal with the relationship between labor education and other four educations well.
