Study On The Cultivation Of Middle School Students' Labor Values

Labor education is an important part of the five education policy,and also an important way to develop quality-oriented education in an all-round way.Labor value is the core connotation of labor quality,which aims at helping learners to establish correct labor viewpoint and positive labor attitude.Forming respect,love the process of labor,labor fruits and labor subjects--the value of the working people attitude.it is of great significance to cultivate them to set up correct and positive labor values.This paper from the perspective of labor education to explore the middle school students labor education values training.The main contents of the study include: the ideological origin of the study,labor,the current situation of the cultivation of labor values among middle school students,the analysis of the main problems and the attribution analysis,and how to establish and train middle school students to form the correct labor values.In view of the above problems,the paper first studies the ideological origin of labor education and labor values,and then defines and analyzes the core concepts of labor,labor education,values,and labor values,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Then USES empirical research methods include questionnaire survey and interview method,two middle school of laohekou labor values the cultivation of the current situation of the development of empirical research,on the basis of survey found in the middle school students from multiple aspects of labor value,expounds the main problems analysis on causes of the problems for the attribution analysis,finally put forward to improve and enhance related to the cultivation of students' labor values suggested measures.
