| With the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up,China’s economy and society are developing rapidly.Forced to make a living,many rural surplus labor force turn to urban development.However,due to the diversity and difference of urban and rural system,and the great pressure of daily life of migrant workers,they can only choose to leave their children in rural areas,resulting in a large group of left behind children.Under this condition,many left behind children fall into the growth dilemma of academic difficulties,behavior deviation,parentchild relationship tension,inner fear and anxiety due to the lack of main family members,the lack of family function system,the generation gap with their relatives,intergenerational rearing education and unfavorable external support environment.If there is no effective way to help these left behind children out of the growth dilemma,it will have unimaginable consequences.Jilin Province is the main labor export province in China.Compared with other provinces,the number of left behind children in Jilin Province accounts for a considerable proportion.At the same time,the number of left behind children is increasing year by year.It is still urgent to solve the problem of left behind children’s growth dilemma.In recent years,in order to strengthen the protection and care of left behind children,Changchun Youth League municipal Party committee of Jilin Province has purchased targeted social worker services,social psychological service personnel training and other related projects for many times.This paper takes the left behind children in Changchun youth affairs project as the object of case service research.According to the actual family situation and personal needs of the case owner,this paper analyzes the growth dilemma of the case owner from his own psychology,family relationship,academic performance and school environment.This study believes that the left behind children themselves and their family atmosphere,school humanistic environment,community environment and other factors are the root of the growth dilemma of left behind children.Therefore,it is not only necessary to develop professional social work services to help left behind children solve the corresponding growth difficulties,but also the family,school and community should play their respective roles to provide support and protection for left behind children.The government should also introduce the corresponding security system and laws and regulations for left behind children,help them solve the problem of growth dilemma from multiple dimensions,and promote the good development and healthy growth of left behind children.In the process of intervention,this study takes the theory of resilience as the perspective to help the case owners tap their own advantages,develop their own potential,make learning plans,develop good learning habits,establish effective external support,and build a harmonious parentchild relationship.From the two aspects of internal advantages and external support factors to help the case owners solve the growth dilemma and improve the level of resilience.And through reviewing the whole process of case service,we give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. |
