With the development of urban industrialization in China,a large number of rural labor force has poured into cities,and the problem of children left behind has attracted more and more attention by the fields of various socialists.As a vulnerable group of left-behind children,their problems are mainly reflected in the aspect of education and learning.How to help left-behind children solve these problems and improve the mental health of left-behind children is the responsibility of people from a various of socialists.Through the intervention of the social work group and the case study,the paper puts forward the targeted plan of the group and case study,which helps to improve the mental health ability of the left-behind children.Resilience refers to an individual's ability to adapt and adjust to difficulties,which is an important psychological trait for the development of mental health.Case intervention is to provided social work practice for reinforcing the resilience of left-behind children,taking the protective factors of left-behind children as the content of intervention,and helping to improve the level of resistance of left-behind children.This study invited takes the left-behind children in Shennongjia forest area as the research participants.It was to abandoning the traditional problem perspective,using the advantage perspective theory and Kumpfer's environmental interaction model,adopting the social work group and the case study.The focus of this study wasto use two modes of interaction,one was to establish an interactive model between left-behind children and cognitive,behavior-led internal systems,and the other to establish the interaction of the schools,and peer-supported system for the beneficial of the resistance.This study adopted pre-and post-test evaluation.Methods six dimensions of peer group,homeschool support,self-identity,positive cognition,positive behavior and emotional control of left-behind children were tested.Then SPSS statistical analysis was used to test the effectiveness of social work intervention.Conclusion:through SPSS analysis,the total score of post test both in case and group is higher than that of in pre test.The results show that the effectiveness of the practice group of residual children's resilience is remarkable.In this study,it is feasible to establish a group intervention scheme based on the anti-adverse force model,which will actually guide social workers to improve their psychological quality of resistance to adversity,and make the social work service more directed and targeted.
