| In the context of Informatics,the application of information management system of educational institutions has become a trend,which can not only fit into the complicate information management environment,but also meet the new requirements that educational institutions put forward during the development process,so that managers,teachers,trainees and so on can enhance their satisfaction with the application of information management system,To achieve the service of provoked information management efforts.However,in the practice process,some educational institutions have deficiencies in the design of the information management system,which are manifested specifically in fewer system functions,poorer performance,lower security,and higher operational risks,thus affecting the development of the information management work of the educational institutions,not conducive to the achievement of the information management objectives,And indirectly affect the establishment of the educational institution’s image and the implementation of the overall teaching effort.Therefore,this thesis takes the design research of the education agency’s prowess information management system as a specific content,analyzes the contents and needs of prowess information management in detail,and designs the corresponding management system targeted to optimize its functions and performance to improve the service quality effectiveness of the prowess information management system.During the development of the research work,H educational institutions are selected as the research object,to analyze the current situation of H educational institutions’ information management,and stand in the view of three kinds of needs,including teacher side functional needs,management side functional needs,trainee side functional needs,to conclude the design needs of H educational institutions’ information management system,and to expand the safety needs and discharge needs of the operation of the research system,the H educational institution prowess information management system was then designed based on this,and its functions were realized.Finally,existing systems are analyzed for meeting their intended goals in terms of functionality and performance,among others,through system operational testing.After research,it was concluded as follows:One of them,the aspects of the design needs of the education institution’s staff information management system,which is embodied in the expansion of functions,the enhancement of performance,the promotion of security operation ability,and the ability to meet the individualized needs and strategic development of the education institution’s staff information management,embodied the pertinence and rationality of the design of the education institution’s staff information system.Secondly,when conducting the design of the information management system of the Faculty of h education institutions,the function design is mainly conducted from the three perspectives of managers,teachers,and trainees to achieve the " three-piece ".The design work is carried out,should focus on the acquisition of teaching and nursing information,identify and use effectively,and realize the system security and stability operation.Third,through experimental testing,the educational agency information management system designed in this study meets practical needs in terms of function and performance,and can be generalized for use in practice.However,there remains a need for continued reinforcement in performance,particularly with respect to response time and transfer issues for the system. |
